Very pleased with their customer service. They have taken care of my TWO A/​C units for the past 8 years and they are humming beautiful. All minor issues with them and it payed off to take their service agreements on both my units.
Matt has gone out of his way to service my units in a professional manner. The office gal Jennifer was pleasant and professional and rescued my systems, sent a tech over with lightening speed!
Will definitely recommend this company to my community list for new neighbors~

I found out too late — horrible service. Compressor replaced ($ 3000.00) then problems. Still unresolved. Poor customer service…
