In Michigan we have «party stores» that sell wine, beer and liquor. In Florida, they have the ABC and it is run by the state instead of being a privately owned venture. However, the real difference is that in an ABC you are allowed to wine taste. Now they didn’t roll out the top shelf stuff but a fair sampling of low to mid priced out wines. This sort of became an after work thing for me because it was on my way home from where I used to work. Oddly enough, it became a regular deal for several people that I met there which turned out to be a great way to meet friends when I was new in town.
Excellent selection of micro brews and everyday wines. Liquor selections are quite standard but you should be able to find a Glenlivet 18 year as quickly as you can find a bottle of Absolute vodka.
People who worked there are always friendly and ready to offer suggestions as well as let you know of new product. Thank you WP ABC for a great time and good service!

I went here last week specifically to get the Firefly Vodka sweet tea with pink lemonade mixed cocktail. I was not able to find it.
An employee offered assistance and helped me look. Once confirming they did not carry it he offered other suggestions and was very polite and helpful.
They have a large selection, so if they don’t have exactly what you are looking for there are plenty of alternatives to choose from.
PS. Their parking sucks. Their parking lot is small and on a hill right next to 17 – 92 across from the Winter Park Village. It takes skill to get in and out of here.

They open at 9AM, which is nice when you are shopping for gifts during the holiday season. Good selection of sale items, gourmet food products and seasonal items.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a particular item and cannot find it, they will usually come up with it or have great recommendations for a replacement item.

This store is great! Great prices on everything. I love wine and i was very happy to know that I can get Moscato for only 7.99
The cashier was extremely funny and was a great help. They have everything from wine coolers, wine, liquor, meats, cheeses, and other goodies that can pair perfectly with any drink you get from there.

I was extremely pleased with ABC’s wine selection. I was able to find four Californian Sauvignon Blancs that I hadn’t tried before for under $ 12 a bottle. Most of their selection was available chilled & the cashiers were friendly.
This is a large store with a wide selection of other adult beverage varietals.
