So we are in the market for a new mattress for our 14-year-old son. There are several mattress companies in my area so I figured we would start with the closest one.
When we pulled into the parking lot in front of the mattress one location the business looked dark and there were no lights on. When we walked into the store there was one employee sitting in the back looking at his cell phone. We told him what we were looking for but he seemed to have a little or no knowledge at all about any of the mattresses. All of the prices in the store
were for sets but he still wanted to charge us for box springs. It took him calling someone in his company to figure out that box springs were included in the price advertised.
Needless to say we walked out of the store without buying anything. If you were looking for a knowledgeable salesperson do not shop here.
