Absolute Decor

This darling shop is located on the North End of Park Avenue. The window displays pull you in to browse around this shop. The owner is very nice and takes the time to point our unique things that she’s brought back on her latest trips from Germany, Austria, etc. Around the holidays she has the most beautiful ornaments, candle holders and special soaps.
My most recent trip had me looking at the beautiful large sachet bags with lavender stalks embroidered on them. My German Grandma had one very similar that I remember from being a wee child.
The new selection of bagged dried lavender that you can place in the sachets is spectacular. So fresh and wonderful! As a beautiful touch, the owner has attached whole lavendar stalks and has also hand made lavender stalk hearts, another special touch to attach to the outside of the sachet. I walked out with a beautiful item that would be perfect for a special gift for a hostess gift or an expecting mom. Everything is gift wrapped beautifully, as well.
