We absolutely LOVE Dr. Yates and her staff. We love the family feel when we get there — everyone knows our family by name and they are so incredibly kind and patient. The cost is extremely reasonable, especially when compared to the larger facilities. Dr. Yates performed a minor surgery on me and all went well as expected. She is so kind and compassionate, so totally knowledgeable, and we really feel like she cares about us and our journey to have a child. It truly is a pleasure to have to go in as often as we do, and we always look forward to seeing her and Jay. We completely trust her expertise and confidence in all aspects of this process. We will be sad to one day leave her practice, but we feel equally as fortunate to have been under her care. I imagine one day it will be difficult to be seen by her — she truly is one-​of-​a-​kind.

Dr. Yates have been amazing for us. She the most caring and compassionate Dr. I have met in a long time. She is so knowledgeable and loves what she does. Passion is something a lot of Dr’s lack and she is over flowing with it. Her staff is amazing… Jay is a doll and her prices are very reasonable when you have to pay cash. There is noone else we would see. In fact we drive an hour and a half for our IUI. Love love love her!

Was Not very impressed. Its not that they have bad information or treatments but the staff and Dr just seem worn out. They seem to be more about the money then to really care and be personal and genuine. Had an awful experience with the nurse on the phone. She was very rude and kept interrupting me. Not to mention I was told one price for treatment and was billed 130 more!
