Phlebotomists aren’t the types of people you actively seek out at 7:30 am on a weekday, but at least you know that if you are forced to see one under doctor’s order, the ones at Quest Diagnostic are there to greet you with a smile and even a sense of humor. I have yet to encounter any staff member at this location that has not been anything less than friendly, helpful or professional. My only qualms are that when I schedule an appointment at 7:30 am a week in advance because I need to be at work at 8:30 am, I expect to be taken back before 8:05 am. I understand that many people schedule these tests early in the morning for the same reasons as I do (the need to get to work) but not crowding the books could help ensure everyone gets there on time as well.

Super positive experience here. I made an appointment online and on the day of, arrived about 20 minutes early. I signed in and probably waited about 10 minutes before my name was called to head to the back for several minutes of more waiting before finally getting my bloodwork done.
The phlebotomist was very friendly and patient. I’m a wimp when it comes to needles and she gave me a little ball to squeeze to help calm me down. Especially since she had to take several tubes of blood (doctor’s orders).
This location is the closest to my house and if I ever need to get more blood work done (hopefully not), this is the place for me!

Female Worker at front desk is very rude. Went there on two occasions and she gave me attitude both days. Anyone working the front desk at any organization should have some semblance of customer service.
