4 stars for friendly employees and a good selection of games.
My husband and I came here after being unable to locate Rune Factory Frontier at the stores near our house. After calling everywhere, they were the only store who had it! We wanted to support a local business, and I was pleased they were open on a holiday (MLK).
We called in advance and the employee who answered was very helpful. She even put the game on hold for us since they didn’t have very many copies left. Also, she told us the hours listed on Unilocal were wrong.
Once we arrived, the store was clean, but a bit cluttered. However, it had a lot of fun stuff to look at and was easy to maneuver around. There were two employees present, and they were also both very polite. The prices also seemed very reasonable. The game was only $ 24 (compared to $ 20 on Amazon) and much cheaper than GameStop or any of those other places.
Overall, this is a solid place to buy games and run by very nice people. Support a local business!

I don’t usually write reviews one way or the other, but was compelled to write this one. I’ve been a customer of Cybertron for over 15 years and that’s because I have received wonderful service from the owner and his staff every time I shop there. The owner is sweet and friendly, and always backs the products he sells. They order items I request, assist me should I have a defective item, and answer any questions I might have. They ALWAYS have great prices and an outstanding selection of games and accessories. I intend to continue to shop there and send my friends their way too for any of my gaming needs. There’s a reason this store has been in business as long as it has, and in my opinion it’s because they are all about customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work Cybertron!!!

Everyone here is super friendly! I was just here the other day and got the chance to meet the owner. He knew exactly what I was looking for when I was trying to decribe the game my husband wanted!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve been looking forward to checking this shop out for some time, and today I finally made it in… the selection of vintage systems and games they have is impressive, however the customer service/​sales is worse than horrible!!! When I walked in, I was the only customer in the store… there were 3 employees. I was inside for 5 – 10 minutes, browsing (with $ 200 – 300 burning a hole in my pocket I might add!!) and no one said a word to me. I asked about a specific product and was given a short answer and then ignored. I browsed a bit longer, and then decided I had no desire to spend my money there. Super unfriendly! I will buy a Retron at Books a Million, and find my games on eBay.
Whoever owns this shop should get with the program, or look forward to failing as a business owner.

I have been coming here since this store opened and I will continue come in! The guys who work there are really cool and patient, they are very knowledgeable too. Their prices are good and they have a pretty good selection of current and retro games. And if they don’t have a particular game they will check the other store to see if they have it and if they do have it they will bring it here which is cool! So overall I would recommend this store to everyone who likes to play video games and more.
