I have ordered from them four times now. first order it was pick up, we live 3 mins away and got home to have a cold pizza but it was very good and the salad was giant! The wings were horrible so don’t ever get them! Second order was better with a nice hot pizza and the meatball sub was perfect! Yum The third order was the same. we were very happy to find a great pizza place.
NOW.urgggg our Fourth order .pick up as always… Large pizza with onions xtra cheese pepperoni mushrooms… No xtra cheese minimal pepperoni and three of the slices had GIANT air bubbles… so nothing on them. I called them and spoke with the manager. he said it happens and that on this pizza «he knew about it but still let it go out the door like that»! He did offer a pizza if we did a delivery. but We declined.
He didn’t apologize. We don’t want to buy from establishments that let not up to par food go out the door! The pizzas are not cheap but neither are we. Can’t buy us back! Bad management!!!

Fratello’s has some of the BEST pizza in Winter Park! They’re always are fast with their delivery. The taste and quality are very much like NY style pizza. I recently ordered several pizzas for an event, and everyone kept asking me where I got the pizza. I’m ordering more tonight!

Fratello’s allowed us to go through the entire order process, we gave our credit card information, and then it happened. This «business» called us back, refused to deliver to our address because the Owner said they couldn’t… no good reason, just «because». When pressed, we were told because we were outside of the delivery area. Even though they had delivered to our neighbors right down the street. Do NOT eat at this establishment. They do not appreciate their customers nor does the Owner understand how to run a business.

I love everything about this place. The food tastes amazing and the people who work here are even better! It’s also the only place I know of that delivers burgers! I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

We love Fratellos! Never had a bad experience in the last 3 years of consistently ordering pizza here. The BBQ chicken sounds weird but a must try. Meatball appetizer is good. Delivery is usually on time or early. They give you a magnet with your order — collect 10 for a free one topping pizza. Call about their pick up specials. Garlic knots are to die for!

went to fratellos for the first time tonight and after ordering thought they over charged me 3 – 4 bucks, got home and the pizza was so good we didnt care if they did over charge us lol absolutely excellent! we will be going there again!!!

Unbelievably upset by what I just received. First of all I want to start by saying the pizza they use to make 7 – 9 month ago was unreal. Since then they have continually gotten worse. Tonight just broke the straw for me. I paid $ 30 for 2 large pizzas and what I got was close to the level of little ceasers pizza. There was way to much cheese, the pizza was floppy «when it use to have a great crisp» and there was to much marinara. I can’t believe they could say this was okay to send to someone for $ 30!

Our son who lives locally and is in the food industry recommended this pizza spot while we were in Winter Park for a longer than expected hospital stay. We didn’t realize it was strictly take out but after we got past that we so enjoyed the pizza. We tried a regular cheese XL for the same price as med that night and the margherita pizza which I loved. It had fresh ingredients and just the right amount of garlic. Their crust is fairly thin which I enjoy but I did see some deep dish styles pizzas being made also. I enjoyed watching the guy making the pizza and throwing the dough. I also had a small house salad which was huge and really good including the Kens Golden Italian in a package even tho I don’t normally like packaged dressing. Nothing but good things to say about the food we enjoyed here.

Love love LOVE this place! Must get their white pizza with extra tomatoes & extra ricotta… It is amazing! Even if you order anything else you have to get their garlic knots… Also amazing. Never had bad service either.

Great independent chain. First night I flew into FLA I found this place with the help of Unilocal.GREAT Pizza, they use Grande Cheese which makes all the difference. Back on day 3 to try their Gyros, hope its good the person after me ordered a couple as well.

I just moved to Winter Park from Philadelphia PA and tonight I decided to hunt for my new regular pizza place. I decided to give this place a try based on google reviews and the proximity to my apartment since I was getting it delivered. The wait time was normal so no complaints there and the delivery girl was charming. However, the bottom of the box was soaked through with grease. I ordered a margarita pizza and all it was was a white pizza with sliced tomatoes on top. I ordered a medium sized pizza and a 2L of cherry coke. My bill came to 20.00 $ and I consider that quite pricey for one person to eat dinner. All in all, my hunt continues!

Totally bummed about my customer experience. I ordered delivery. My girlfriend can’t eat tomato and i specifically asked for there to be no tomato sauce and to replace it with pesto. I explained the need twice. Yeah, order came wrong. When I called I was told they would look to see who took the order wrong. There was no apology or offer to fix problem. I asked if that was all he had to say to me and he said yes then hung up the phone. Bummer customer service.
Pizza is good though, girlfriend hungry… not good.
Update… received a call, the chick who delivered the pizza called and apologized. That was nice. Would have been cool if the manager would have done that instead of one of the employees. Ah, right and she offered to fix the problem the next time I order.

great box of awesomeness!!!
best pizza in the area. i went from Boardwalk (okay)… to Tuscany (pretty good) to Fratello’s… (FREAKIN AWESOME!!) — they are very reasonably priced. their hot subs are great and their toppings are always fresh and delicious… and if you have a problem w/​your order. just talk to the owner, Gerald, and he always makes it right (don’t be naïve. mistakes happen. deal with it!!! — tho not often…) i only had one mess up in the many months i’ve ordered… (save the magnets for your free za after 10 orders… i think i’ve had 3 or 4 by now…)
try them. you’ll like it!

This place is unbelievable. They have by far the best pizzas in town they even have an olive oil crust. You have to try their wings and their specials sometimes they even have a boneless pork barbecue sandwich which is unbelievable. This place is a must for any resident of central Florida. I saw the post about the owner being unfriendly which I find to be so totally wrong Gerald is one the nicest people along with his family. We been going there for years because of his awesome service and talent.

Best pizza, garlic knots around… Pizza can be had in traditional hand tossed or extra thick crust… always a special going on here… won’t break your budget, Btw, they have slices available during the week if your in the area. The menu will blow you away with the spread of choices… burgers to wraps, calzones to pizzas, sandwiches, salads, etc. On the corner of Forsyth and Aloma Ave. My favorite spot

Called to get specials on pizza and wings. When pizza arrived it was cold, not what we ordered and had approximately 7 pieces of sausage on it. I called immediately and was transferred to «GERALD»! Apparently, he was the owner. He was very argumentative with me and clearly didn’t appreciate «us» his over 8 year customer. Not only, did he over charge us for the pizza, he actually acted like he was doing us a favor when he said he would credit our account. He didn’t even ask us to remake our pizza. I can tell you — when ordering your pizza or wings — don’t ask them about the specials. They overcharge certain customers and don’t offer the same deals. They are worse than a used car dealership. Better off ordering from NY Pizza — much more reputable!!!

The pizza is great I have let nine of my Nabors try this and it’s the only place they now order. Price are still great the cheese has recently changed still great and less grease.
The wings are also just as good, and my favorite is the burgers they are to die for best I have ever tasted and I travel a lot.
Now the deserts price are good I think best deal is the apple wrap it’s big the price is well worth it you’ll not be disappointed I promise.

Over the 4 years I’ve lived in Orlando, I’ve gone through quite a few pizza places. Some most of them forgettable, some of them are not for good and bad reasons. I came across Fratello’s after I got fed up with paying Domino’s prices. I really do like Dominos’ pizza, but I just can’t justify the price.
Fratello’s has great pizza at a really affordable price. Their 16″ cheese costs about as much as Dominos’ 10″ if I recall. Their website also doesn’t mention it but, as I remember, they don’t have a delivery fee for orders of $ 10+ which is partly why Domino’s is so expensive. This may have since changed.
They have wings which, in my opinion, are some of the best in the area as well. Their desserts are great but, a little pricey, and I’m yet to try the burgers, but I surely will one day.
If you’re looking for an awesome pizza at an affordable price, I’d give Fratello’s a try. You won’t regret it.
