I used to work down the street from this place, and my boss used to have me order from them fairly frequently. The first time I tried it though, my boss and one of my coworkers and I walked down to Tom Henry’s for lunch one Friday. We placed an order of one large pepperoni pizza, an order of garlic knots, and later an order of cannolis. If it weren’t for the interesting décor inside the restaurant, and the truly scrumptious pizza, I would be giving this restaurant a 3 star rating. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes for the pizza to come, and then when we asked for the check it took another 20 minutes. There was only one other table of people in the restaurant. Granted, this was about a year ago. So hopefully their customer service has since increased to match the quality of their product!

Here is why… I have heard great reviews about TH from several friends and was looking forward to some great pie. My friends and I had rushed back from Epcot this past Saturday night and we arrived at 840 I know this because I checked my phone when we arrived. We walked in and were promptly told that the kitchen was closed. Now I understand that they need to close the kitchen at some point but if they post that they are open till 9 they should seat and serve until then

Fantastic Pizza. This place is a hidden gem near Winter Park. The food is excellent and the staff are pleasant and helpful. If this place was closer to my house, I would be a regular.

Updating my review to point out that on our most recent visit, the garlic knots seem to have had an off night. They were overly doughy this time, almost undercooked, and not very crispy at all. We’ve had them several times before and they were much better, so maybe we just got a poorly cooked batch this time? Every time we eat in, the restaurant is so quiet. We were one of three parties in there last night – on a Saturday night, I’d expect it to be a bit busier. I think maybe they do more business in pick-ups/takeaway: I heard the phone ringing several times, and people came in to pick up their pizzas. Even with only three tables, I was surprised that our server didn’t offer drink refills as soon as our drinks were empty. I sat with an empty iced tea for quite a while, even after she came by to drop off plates and silverware for the pizza. I shouldn’t have to ask for a refill; the server should see that my drink is empty and offer to refill it(and give me a new lemon wedge while we’re at it, which I didn’t get). We had the Salute(Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Fresh Mushrooms, Italian Sausage, Onions, Green Peppers, Smoked Bacon, and Ground Beef) again, this time with half of the pizza with bacon and half not. Verdict: It is much better without the smoked bacon, which is a bit overwhelming. We got a customer comments card to fill out at the end, which is great, but I had to fill it out and leave it with the server, which makes me a feel a bit like I’m a student filling out a classroom evaluation while the teacher is still in the room. Maybe offer a self-addressed stamped envelope or a pre-paid postcard so that diners can take them home and then return them later? I know your return rate might not be as good as you want, but your customers won’t feel put on the spot and not feel like they can speak their mind because they’re writing about the service while the server is RIGHT. THERE. The pizza here is good, if a bit greasy. The service is fine, nothing to write home about. Be prepared if you eat in that it might be really quiet and you can listen to the old music quite easily(tonight, Christmas songs from Sinatra and others) and feel like your conversation is the LOUDEST in the room.

I just came back from enjoying their delicious pizza pies about three hours ago. I got the chance to go because of a coupon of blood donation that I received but I will definitely go back the next time I can. The service is great and servers are graded by the customer everytime the customer leaves and of course, the pizzas are great. Thank You Mr. Tom Henry for supporting individuals like me who contribute to their communities by donating blood.

Heaven.on.earth. You must try the High Voltage Rolls. And you must accept the«No Pain No Gain» mantra when going here because you will be presented with food that is nothing short of amazing and you will force yourself to keep going — maybe that was only us but between the lasagna, unique pizzas, and everything in between, we left there hurting and begging for more — we can’t wait to go back. A must try. Low key/relaxing atmosphere, fresh authentic ingredients, extremely clean, amazing service.

After getting a menu in the mail a few months back, we recently decided it was time to check out Tom Henry’s. It was surprisingly empty for a Saturday afternoon around 1; alarming, even. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, and even let us know about their FB special(if you check in, you get a free garlic knot appetizer). The knots were solid; crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. We ordered the Daytona, which is covered in «Garlic, Whole Mozz, Feta, Blk Olives, Kalamta Olives, Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers and Artichoke Hearts.» The delicious large pizza fed three people well; we had no desire to eat for the rest of the day. I hope this place catches on because I’d love to make it my regular pizza joint.

I’m giving the food extra weight over the service and ambiance. Not that there’s anything wrong with the ambiance – check Kady W.‘s review for probably the most accurate description. The service is also nothing to complain about. They’re super friendly, warm and enthusiastic. It’s slightly unnerving for someone who has committed sin at least once in his life. Chicken pesto pizza was baller. High Voltage Rolls are delicious — pepperoni and cheese in a pig-in-a-blanket format. A take-out order of pepperoni, onion, and arugula pie was a let down. They cooked the arugula(«It’s a veg-e-table.» –Vincent Antonelli), which is nearly unforgivable, and I believe they use 100% mozzarella. This, of course, is awesome if you’re eating it immediately. This, of course, isn’t so good when your 20-minute trip home allows the entire layer of cheese to cool and fuse together, necessitating sharp knives in order to eat an all-inclusive piece. Everyone else on here is right on about the crust. It’s great. For fans of: pizza; unintentional kitsch; reading paper placemats

I’ve tried two of the pizzas so far, the Tom’s 314, and the Goldenrod Crunch. Both very good. The crust is just right… not too thick, not too thin. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This just be the last pizza place I ever go to. I’m headed there, right now. Happy Pi Day!

Found 314 looking for a decent pizza place I could skate to. I had no idea they were back there! I ordered the chicken bacon rancher sub to go with kettle chips, turns out I was meant to try their pie crust though because that’s what they’re using for their subs till they get bread in. Best decision I’ve made today to say yes. Had my food right away, it was really a great combination with the chips, and the crust keeps the perfect account of bite the whole time. The ranch can get a little messy, but I don’t think I’d have it ahh other way. Definitely coming back to order a pie.

Tom Henry’s dining room is how I imagined the set of an self-imagined episode of the character of Sophia from the«Golden Girls» attempting to open up a Pizzeria in SoFlo. I first discovered Tom Henry’s while leaving the neighborhood post office. I remembered being shocked that a restaurant opened up out of nowhere. I thought I was going crazy! Turns out, I just haven’t been to that post office in a while because this pizzeria has been around for 2 months. I placed a to go order for 2 medium pizzas and was given a quote of 20 minutes. I was already on the road coming back from an errand so I arrived exactly in 20 minutes. I came in through their back entrance where they have their patio seating set up. I walked in and was taken aback by the décor, hence my opening quote. Also, I was seriously not prepared for how quiet their dining room was! The dining room had 1 table; I’m so glad I got to go! The cashier checked me out, answered my small questions, and then disappeared to the back room to fold up some pizza boxes. After she left, my bf sat down on this cute wagon wheel bench while i stared at the various wall murals. After a few minutes I noticed that their music du jour was smooth elevator jazz music. With no staff in the front of the house and only 1 table present; my bf and I just started dancing to the rhythm of Kenny G. We couldn’t help it; the ambiance was too much for us! Anywho, as we were leaving with our pizza, I noticed the staff started to come out and converse with the lone dining family, finally! Back at home my group dug into the pizza. We got 1 Goldenrod Crunch and 1 Salute. Surprisingly, the crazy concoction of kettle chips, chicken, bacon, and ranch won the lunch preference! All of us loved the texture of the dough and how soft, chewy, yet slightly crispy it was. While the salute had great toppings; it just had too much items weighing it down. The dough was sunken in, which in turn didn’t create a nice base to help keep the toppings on top. You just had to eat your toppings first, then stuff the slice in your mouth. So, try to get a pie that has less toppings so that the toppings don’t end up on your plate. So, will I be back? Yep, the pizza dough was that good! I can’t wait to see this restaurant grow in the coming months! P. S. Can someone explain to me why there is a «Rooms to Go» sign hanging up on their back room?

If it weren’t for the coupon in the mail, we would have never known this little place existed. It’s tucked back off on a side street which makes the quite patio enticing. We sat in the main dining area(only one other couple there), ordered garlic knots with garlic sauce and cheddar cheese sauce. They were small, plentiful, absolutely delicious. Our son had the 8″ cheese pizza kids meal(very reasonable at $ 3.99) and we ordered a 16″ Code Load(think meat lovers) pizza. Hands down the best pizza either of us had ever had. It was right up there with the best we’ve had in New York. The crust was soft inside, had just the right amount of flavor and a was lightly crisp. The mozzarella was smooth and I have no doubt that was fresh sauce. Staff was friendly and of course this new restaurant was clean, clean, clean. The only con I have: lemons. Trying to squeeze a circle of lemon isn’t easy. It’s messy and annoying. My tea needs a solid, easy-to-squeeze lemon. We’ll be back for sure.

This pizza has character! Saw this place pop up in Unilocal, went in to try it out. Located in a little hidden area just off Aloma is this pizzeria. The building has a small parking area off Citrus with about 8 – 10 parking spots. The building has indoor and outdoor seating with ample space for large groups. Seems they can seat more than they can park. Very clean and new dining area with neat décor. I ordered the small«Code Load» that is basically a meat lovers to go. The pizza was very unique, in a good way. Full of flavor. The sauce was perfect, and the ingredients were fresh. Even the crust was very flavorful. I hope that every pizza I order from there tastes that good, and I will return to test that out. They offer a rewards/loyalty card and gift cards. I wish they delivered. Great pizza place.
