This is my «Go To» Loft because it’s the only Loft in Central FL that has great selection, display and assortment of sizes. I have always been greeted warmly by their staff. When they are having a big promotion, like this weekend’s 40% off everything, I try to shop during less busy times, like between 6−8pm on Friday night when everyone comes to WP Village to dine out or see a movie. On tonight’s visit, there were several store associates who helped me shop for an upcoming trip. These women were upbeat and familiar enough with store stock to make great suggestions. I HATE having to load up my purse, phone and shoes to trudge back out to the sales floor to look for the right size or a different color. Once I’ve stripped down to get serious about trying on clothes, if someone doesn’t help me and I have to redress, then I am done and out the door. Tonight I had the super-good fortune to have the beautiful and witty Ariel assist me with all my needs! She kept smiling and stayed positive the entire time which is no easy feat considering I can be picky and hard to fit. She was relaxed, stylish, energetic and had excellent taste and made the experience FUN. I got some great pieces for my upcoming trip and my work wardrobe, too! She was not just working with me, but with other women in the dressing room, as well. Ariel was a dream and the other young women working were friendly and helpful, too. I think the fact that I was shopping during the dinner hour on a Friday night made a HUGE difference on the staff’s availability to assist me and the other customers. I prefer this Loft to others in the area. It can be difficult to park nearby, so make up your mind to get some exercise the days you shop at Winter Park Village.

i go into this shop because i got an email from Loft, with the subject line«get to a store. like, now». so, i go. but, ohhhhhhh… the sale, it’s online. false advertising? pretty much. they check online. my sizes aren’t online. do the people working in the store honor the online sale prices of the same pieces? no. they are all like«yeahhhhh, it’s a little misleading. bummmmmmer, i know…». really, Loft? be better than this. or hire better.

I usually shop at this location since it’s 2 minutes from where I live. It’s a small store but every inch of it is packed with merchandise. They also have a Petites section which is great for customers like me who aren’t 5’6″ and taller! Great selection of dressy and casual clothing, flats and sandals, and jewelry. Customer service is hit or miss at least when I have been here. On my most recent visit, I wasn’t greeted and the only employee on the sales floor was doing rearranging of fixtures. I am actually one of the few that actually never really needs help shopping but a «How are ya doing today» is never a bad thing to hear. Acknowledgement is always nice. I highly recommend signing up for their emails. They always have great sales in store and online. If you sign up for the Loft Love credit card account, you earn points towards vouchers and also earn one for your birthday. The card is also good at Ann Taylor and all outlet stores.

Lately, I can’t seem to leave here empty-handed — too many great sales and so much cute clothing and accessories(including shoes). I was worried about them for awhile — there were questionable colors for a few seasons. But, I think they’ve turned the corner and are back! I buy a lot of «happy hour» outfits here — dresses and pants I wear to work when I know I’m going out afterwards and don’t have time to change. Cute enough that you don’t feel like a «business dork», and professional enough that you can get by without looking too casual at work. This is my favorite location, of the ones I usually hit up, including Altamonte and Milenia. They seem to carry the best stock of petite sizes — which as a shorty I can totally appreciate. I think I’ve cracked their sales code, at least for now. When they run a 30% off sale, 40% is usually pretty close behind. So when you see the 30% deal, hold out, at least for a week. Unless you find something you can’t bear to lose, of course.
