The service was great. we loved the 2 for 40 special. The a Lockhart style works great when you’re on a date. The fried rice, pepper steak, and the dessert was to die for. There was still a lot of food left over and I felt the price was amazing.

Went here recently after realizing we hadn’t used a gift card we had after not going there for a few years. Now we remember why we forgot in the first place as the experience wasn’t exactly memorable in a good way. Food — I understand it’s Asian fusion, but it wasn’t just dumb down taste-wise, it was sloppily prepared without much care. We got the following: *Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps — solid seasoning, but lazy preparation as fried rice noodles were stale and chewy *Saigon Summer Rolls — decent flavor, but wasn’t made to order and was cold from sitting in the fridge and sloppily rolled *Flaming Red Wontons — decent, but overcooked *Handmade Pork Dumplings — one of the better dishes we had, but not great *Handmade Shrimp Dumplings — mushy *Garlic Noodles — super sweet and no balance of flavors. Noodles were gummy as they were recooked. Included cucumber salad didn’t seem to go with it at all. *Chili Garlic Green Beans — this is the best thing we ordered. Seasoned well and had a good dragon’s breath flavor, BUT it had a HAIR in it and some of the ends were not trimmed. Service — Uninspired. Hostess never greeted us or smiled. Beer ordered sat at the bar for like 10 minutes as we watched our frosted glass get defrosted. Asked for chili paste 3 times and it finally came out when we were almost done with our food. Overall, we expected better service and maybe a better managed outfit. Management seem non-existent. I guess I’m a little spoiled. I expected for $ 80 for the two of us, we would get decent freshly prepared food and excellent service. I think that money just went to paying the rent as the place still looks great. I much prefer Roy’s for Asian fusion fare.

Main chick here… Had a great night with some great ladies! :-) Service was good and food was delicious. We shared 5 different appetizers and had an array of entrees at our table. There wasn’t one complaint! Brought the man some spicy chicken dish home and he said it was probably one of the better tasting Chinese chicken dishes he’s had! He would have liked some vegetables with it, but still enjoyed his meal. All around, I would go back to this PF Chang’s. Like he says, out here!

It was my boyfriends birthday and he wanted to take the family to of changs. Well the grand parents are picky and hard to please, so I was a little nervous! Our waitress Allie was super nice, she accommodated their requests and never rolled her eyes like most servers do. Our food came out quick and on time and she always made her our drinks and beers were filled! The place was also clean!

I love the service here more than at the millenia mall. The millenia mall is a bit too crazy for me. I love going here amazing waiter always warm to answer questions and I love the food in general. Their lettuce wraps and coconut curry vegetables are amazing. Dont forget to their amazing chocolate cake!

Graciously sat us quickly even though we didn’t have a reservation for our party of 6. Our waiter was extremely helpful as we were 1st timers. The side of cucumbers were delicious. We tried sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, ginger chicken and orange chicken. All were above expectations.

If I could give it zero I would. We came in for a lunch/dinner around 4:00. After the standoffish greeter showed us to a table. We sat there for 15 minutes. No greet, no acknowledgement, nothing! They were slow but at least 4 different servers and the manager strolled by multiple times with no concern that we had not even gotten drinks yet. After 20 minutes we admired defeat and left. I let the greeter know we were leaving because no one had come to our table. She asked if we wanted to speak to a manager– no thanks we just wanted to eat. Walked over to cheesecake and got greeted in less than one minute and they were twice as busy.

P.F. Chang’s is pretty reliable in what they offer. If it’s your first time or enough time has passed between visits, it is great, but on repeated visits it devolves into«good but pricey». Since we hadn’t gone back in a year or so, it was a pretty good lunch experience. We had the couples special, where you choose soup or salad, an entrée, and a dessert to share. Both types of soup are great. The mongolian beef(my favorite) and sweet and sour pork entrees are very tasty, but there’s far too many green onions trying to hide the goodness of the mongolian beef. The dessert is where P. F. Chang’s crashes and burns. Not only the portions are embarrassingly small, the chocolate option in the couples special was not good. We actually just bit into it and left it in the plate. It had an odd flavor that was not pleasant at all. Good thing we were quite content and full with everything before it. Service was pretty good. Oh, the coconut cooler drink is still great, but since they put ice in 70+% of a small glass, you’re practically paying for coconut flavored ice cubes. I forgot that tidbit and overpaid for a gulp of tropical goodness.

Despite the«corporate menu» feel that a chain restaurant like this may have, PF Chang’s keeps is refreshingly creative. Even with our restrictions, we are able to find dishes that cater to our preferences. The one thing about PF Chang’s is that in terms of ambiance, menu and feel, you have been to one… you have to all. The biggest opportunity they have to set themselves apart from chain restaurants is service, and this is perhaps one of their biggest challenges. A more consistently pleasant service would be fantastic and would do wonders to help this restaurant find its more deserved place in the ranking. PF Chang’s…don’t sleep on your laurels, you have a fanbase, don’t alienate it.

Loved the pot stickers! We had the Mongolian beef and honey seared chicken. Both were very good. The beef was a little sweet for my taste though.

Never in my life have i ever seen such a discussing amount of bugs in a restaurant. We sat down at a corner table and within three short minutes i noticed there were about a hundred flying ants right next to us on the inside of the window. About the same exact time my 81 yr old grandma started freaking because she had one of the flying ants on her face! We told our waiter that we weren’t eating at this table, so they put together two tables for us to sit at. After another ten minutes they sat some other poor group of people at that same table. I hadn’t got my food yet and knew if i got up and warned these people my food would probably have something unpleasant in it. So we waited and placed bets on how long these people would sit there without noticing the bugs. After about another five minutes they figured it out as well and asked for a different table. I’ve got a pretty great video of the people realizing that there were bugs crawling around them that will be on youtube soon! Ill post the link on here soon! Stay clear everyone…

Awesome PF Changs location! We came here last Friday night. It was very busy but we know the food is too delicious for it not to be busy! We waited about 30 minutes for a table which is ok, but worth it. Our waitress was very tentative and educated about the menu. She helped my boyfriend decide what alcoholic beverage he would like when he couldn’t quite decide. My favorite thing ever is the chicken lettuce wraps. I order them as my meal but they make a great sharing appetizer if you’re sharing with friends. Lots of chicken and lettuce to go around! :)

This is a fantastic restaurant! We came during breast cancer month and they are running a selfie or taco promotion. They give a big advertising insert telling about this. Oh, but they don’t have any tacos. Huh???

The most recent time I’ve visited P.F. Chang’s was for a birthday lunch with my coworkers. I made reservations for about 20 of us for a weekday lunch. They were very accommodating with this and even called to confirm the reservation the day before. When we arrived we were seated within a few minutes of the first of group arriving. We had two servers to take our orders, bring out food, drink, etc. The birthday people also received complimentary dessert. The food options were great, I enjoyed my meal completely. Not one order of all of ours was wrong or missing or very off on timing of being served. That in itself is impressive. Our two waitresses were attentive and friendly the entire time and were engaged with our group as well. Definitely a place I would recommend for a large group as they handled it well.

We have been there twice within the last two months and we just love it. I recently had the spicy chicken(amazing), and my husband always gets the Mongolian beef(also amazing). The edamame are AMAZING with the citrus salt. I will say, my only disappointment is with the PF Changs member royalty program. I have signed up for it and activated my account and on this last trip, they couldn’t find me. I logged on to see that I have never received credit for my initial order(to go during lunch time) nor was this $ 80 dinner able to be found either. Of course, they let you know that three days later after I threw away the receipt. Oh well! The to go lunch section is always organized and we treat ourselves once a month at our office.

I have been to this restaurant many, many times and I don’t recall ever being disappointed. This particular occasion was excellent. We were a little rushed to make it to a movie on time and the service was so great that we were actually able to see all the previous and trailers, which I LOVE! One of the things I love here is that they are so attentive to gluten free patrons. I found out this evening that they even have specific gluten free plates so that they wait staff can verify that the dish truly is gluten free before bringing it to the guest at the table… Pretty cool idea. I ordered the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, one of my favorites, and it was excellent, as usual. My lovely date ordered a gluten free vegetable dish and it was also excellent. I highly recommend a visit here for lunch or dinner and if you are able to I recommend either Ashley or Christian as your servers! Bön Appetit’

The location is awesome. But the food isn’t that great. I know its basic Chinese cuisines but if you’re going to charge me make sure its good. The staff are friendly and very helpful in getting you seated or asking for more accommodations. I do think it is kind of dark in there so just a little light might help their servers out a bit. I will go back but only because I know they will do better.

Tried so many things loved the Dynamite shirmp appetizer, the lettuce wraps, didn’t like the sour sweet soup maybe cause I’m not a fan of soups. But I can definitely recommend the kung Pao Shrimp entrée. A very successful experience.

Good food, not too pricey, and great service… What else do you need? I came here the day after New Years and enjoyed Mongolian beef and Kung pao chicken over white and brown rice(split with a date). We each had cocktails as well and they were outstanding. If you enjoy PF Changs or moderately pricey Asian cuisine this place won’t disappoint.

Meh. Not offensively bad but also not that good. I found myself at PF for a relative’s birthday lunch(I had other suggestions, but was down for whatever the birthday man wanted to do). First, the good. The server was very friendly and helpful and the location was clean and spacious. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer and I was pretty impressed! The lettuce was crisp and the chicken was ground up and had a fabulous sauce! I wish I had ordered this as my entrée! And now, the not so good. I instead ordered a chicken salad and a side of crab wontons. I actually laughed when the salad came out– it was that big! It had mango, which wasn’t ripe unfortunately, and a bitter dressing. More importantly, the chicken was cut in strips that looked boiled. The dish would have been much more appetizing had they been grilled and a little browned. Instead they were limp and not very appealing. The crab wonton was not bad, but I was(maybe mistakenly) expecting more of a crab Rangoon and this did not have cheese. Without the cheese as a binding agent, the remaining half of crab would fall into the dipping sauce when I went for a second dip. I looked around and was not impressed by any of the entrees on the table. y boyfriend got the beef and broccoli dish, but it was overly salty. Next time I’m sticking to the chicken lettuce wraps!
