The Zoo Health Club

Have only been a member for a couple of weeks, but I really like this gym. Staff seem friendly and helpful, and I always see them working around the gym cleaning. Peak times can be crowded. I like the weight equipment, and machines are kept in working order. Wish they had more ARC trainers at this location, or perhaps a late kickboxing or Les Mills combat class.

Love the staff at the Zoo! Ryan and Dave are the best. It’s amazing how the staff knows you by your name after only a few times there. I did my 1^st spin class tonight! Loved it.

Super friendly staff. I’ve only been there as a guest a few times, and Dave at the front called me by name. Definitely makes you feel welcome and appreciated!
The equipment is brand-​new and top-​notch. My sister started going here when it first opened about two years ago, and it keeps expanding … both in size and offerings. The RIPPED and boot camp classes are a personal favorite. I also peeked into the spinning room when I was there last. Honestly, looks like a room you’d see in a major NYC gym! Black lights, awesome music, great equipment. I will definitely be trying a class soon.
Overall, this place is really awesome and I highly recommend it. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. Everyone is really friendly and always willing to help. Just the atmosphere you want when you’re new to a gym. I’m actually in the process of switching to here from another local gym to this one, and I’m really excited to start my membership here!

This is my most favorite place in the world… And I’m not even exaggerating. I’ve been a member there since October of 2012 and I am hooked. The staff is awesome and so nice. Everyone there knew me by name after only my second visit. I feel welcomed and invited at the Zoo. Even the owners know me by my first name! This place just expanded and now it’s even better. It has all new machines, and so much more space. I’m not a fan of the huge power house gyms like LA Fitness. I personally like the smaller gyms where you feel more comfortable trying out new exercises.
The fitness classes are phenomenal. I don’t know where Chris (the owner) found the trainers, but they are absolutely out of this world AMAZING. I look forward to going to the group fitness classes. They really have something for everyone. My favorite class so far is RIPPED. I’m in pretty good shape and I’m always looking for a challenge, well RIPPED is definitely that!
I will be a very loyal customer to this gym for as long as I can. You just can’t beat the quality for the price. Also, how many gyms do you know that offer hours as good as them?! 4am-​12am. you seriously can’t find that anywhere. Take my advice and join now! You won’t regret it!

Love this place — and it is what they claim — a great neighborhood gym. Always see friends and neighbors when I work out.
The staff is great, every single employee is super-​friendly and they treat their customers great.
Pricing is great, especially if you go the family route.
This gym has lots of equipment, but is not a huge gym — no pool, no courts, but everything I need, and never have to wait for equipment.
