Burger King

Went in hungry & left hungry, disappointed & in disbelief. When the counter lady asked did I want any sauce (to go with my chicken fries & french fries) I replied yes, 1 of each had to repeat it after she drew a blank ‚& started babbling something then saying NO & I asked why not then she said that the MANAGER would not allow her to give out more than one sauce & would get mad. WTH ! So I told her to forget it & left this DUMP. Not planning to go back & beg for a chemically induced sauce to enhance some Unhealthy fat saturated french fries & Sickling Fries. Don’t recommend these Cheap places.

My mind must have been made of sludge when I came in from the heat, otherwise, if I had my scruples intact, I would have bolted out immediately. How’s this for a red flag: The customer in the line ahead of me ordered a fountain drink. Now the employee is some eager but thoughtless 18-​year old kid happy to have the job, except when he hands the customer a drink cup he sticks his thumb (and hand) all up the inside of this cup; keep in mind he’s been punching buttons on a punch-​key register all afternoon.
Obviously, I knew not to order a drink. But Christ, look around me, it’s the lack of integrity at this location. Litter on every table and cup station. Aged dried ketchup on counter. It’s not pretty. Now you managers and corporate PR people, please don’t message me about my experience and give me an apology and ask me if I think you should fire the 18-​year old kid (no, just train and instruct him better), and ask me to fill out a questionaire. Oh my God, I won’t. Bother me, and I’ll rewrite the review to tell you how awfully unthawed the bun was. Why did I come in, you ask? I was hungry, and there was not much else. #catastrophe

I constantly have issues with the drive-​through they can’t seem to get an order right or really know what’s in the food that they offer often times I have gotten attitude from the people in the drive-​through

Stopped by at 9am on a Saturday on the way to Lake Berryessa to satisfy a craving for tater tots. Or tater discs, or whatever they call them.
The guy at the register was very nice and they delivered my coffee instantly, and fresh hot tots soon thereafter.
And there were lots of crowns everywhere– one of which we took for the birthday boy in our boat!

My mom, dad and I had the best customer service here! The staff was very friendly!!!

Usually have really good service at this Burger King but last time I arrived to buy breakfast for our office at 6:40 am. Waited at the drive-​through for almost 10 minutes drove around to the window and it said they opened at 6 am but nobody was there, it was abandoned. I was concerned something might be wrong so I called their phone number. After a few rings it answered but nobody said anything, finally I said Hello? is this Burger King? And someone said yes and then I said are you open and they said you come back later and I said is everything okay in there are you being robbed and the woman waited for a few minutes and then said you come back in 30 minutes and hung up, very very strange. I actually called the police and asked them to drive by just in case something was wrong. Hopefully everybody was okay. I’m thinking it was just a bad day for customer service.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get cold fries and a cold burger. Not given any napkins and on top of that the drive thru person had an attitude and qas unfriendly. Went to go back in to complain and the doors were locked… I guess they decided to close at 8:30pm???

Terrible customer service. After working all day on some remodeling, we stopped in to grab something to eat and they were CLOSED 15 minutes early! To make matters worse the girls inside were goofing around and when my husband asked through the window, what was up, the girl said «I’m not going to help you.» He said it wasn’t 12 yet and her reply was «too bad, deal with it.» Never again will I ever stop in here.

Went through the DT and wanted to order two small coffees around noon. Guy says it’s after breakfast and they don’t sell small coffee. WTF? Only sell larges so get two lrg coffees no small this place sucks. Slow and rude service better off just going into the gas station and getting your food yourself. This BK is a definite pass

Always slow service and the food is always so so or bad. Fries are usually good and I like to different flavors of Coke you can make.

We have been there twice now and had cold food. And why is it that the burgers never look like the pictures on the menu? A friend has been there six times and has had bad food every time. They need to get there stuff together!
