I come here often. I have never had a bad experience here, the staff is always very friendly and most importantly the service is fast! I usually go in during my lunch break so fast and friendly customer service is important!

What’s that dystopian Taco Smell, oh got it, it must be «Taco Bell.» You’re not going to preach to me it’s good, have you lost your mind? However, you’ll still find me eating here once every few years if I’m in a pinch and all else fails. Take «Burger King.» They failed me, and «Bell» wins out over that at least in the town of Winters, California. #crabbywhiteguy

The Winters Taco Bell is as good as any other Taco Bell. Friendly and pleasant service. We dined in with only two other guests in the place. The dining room needed some attention. Dirty tables and floor. There were a few employees in the back doing something except cleaning the dining room. We found a relatively clean spot and enjoyed our meal in quiet. Definitely will be back hopefully they take a little advice and spend a few minutes cleaning.
The brewed ice tea is really good.

I went through the drive through just got a beef quesadilla and it was wrapped in foil, when I opened it what a mess! stuck to the foil couldn’t eat it. Drove back asked for the manager he immediately saw me went back and started yelling at the 3 cooks, told them they were all getting written up if he had another complaint, argued with me that nothing was wrong with it, the Manager was so rude. I couldn’t believe it! I finally just asked for my money back and went to Burger king next door… Mucho Better!

Wish I could’ve gotten service. I stood at the counter with an employee eating behind me and another 4 behind the counter. Took me awhile to figure out they were only doing drive through (I assume.) With such proactive service I went elsewhere. No wonder I don’t go to taco bell anymore.

This is a standard Taco Bell but what sets it apart and why I give it five stars is there’s a dog park attached to it so you send the family into go get food while you bring Fido to the little grass dog park that’s an awesome little touch never seen. That’s why this Taco Bell gets five stars
