Pros: Food was really good. BBQ awesome, fry’s good. Local owned and operated family. Prices are best around. Cons: Tables could use cleaning prior to sitting down, popcorn was burned, took awhile to get food(but worth the wait), I will go back again for another shot, hope they have ironed out the details because this could become my regular hangout.

This place was suggested to us. Very disappointed, the table wasnt cleaned. The waitress was nice but told us they had no clams or anything containing clams. Onion rings were good. Had fish and chips, fish was bland, fries soggy. Cole slaw did not taste homemade. Asked for popcorn but said wasnt ready. Popcorn machine looked dirty.

I never expected the food to be so good at a place surrounded by a fake little village and a fake lighthouse! Part of the family wanted lobster and part wanted Barbeque. This place has them both and both were great! We watched them prepare the lobster. It is that fresh! The pork Barbeque was tender, smokey and not too sweet! The burger was well prepared and satisfying. The locals show up for the prime rib which sells out quickly. All in all a great find!

When we saw the restaurant, we were attracted to the way it looked. After checking out the menu, my husband ordered the Lobster Roll. This was the third he experienced in our two weeks in the area. By far the best! The garlic bun was soft and added to the tastiness of the lobster. The staff was friendly, the service prompt and the food great. We would definitely eat here again.

Super good dinner! Had steamed lobsters and fried scallops. Great! The best part was the amazingly friendly servers! I’d recommend it to anyone with kids or without! Great prices too!

Nice place; it was recommended by a friend. The lobster roll was decent, not the best we’ve had, but okay. The lobster stew was good. Nice picnic tables outside. Pleasant service

Fisherman’s platter was huge(easily for two) and the onion rings were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. It’s called Cameron’s Lobster House now. There is also a Country Store with sweets and treats and play structures for kids to play on next door.

Sooo glad to have stumbled across this lobster shack! It doesn’t feel touristy and the food is tasty. It’s also a little cheaper than other lobster shacks in the area — $ 8.95/lb for lobster but we weren’t charged a cook fee like other places did. We got lobster and lobster stew($ 6.99), both of which were absolutely delicious. I wish we’d had room for dessert because their pies sounded so good! Service was great, the atmosphere was laid-back, and our waitress was friendly. There’s also a cute little shop next door with things like pastries, honey, and Maine-related souvenirs. The woman who worked there was super nice and talkative. Even though we were just another slew of summer tourists, we felt very welcome in both establishments. Would love to come back if I make it back to Maine.

Got a regular lobster roll and seafood delight(mixed fried seafood). The mix was tasty and a fine price. The lobster roll was OK-not great or bad, and also a decent price($ 5.95). Service was really slow though. It took way too long and it wasn’t crowded, either. It seemed like maybe they forgot about our order for a bit. Won’t return if I have the opportunity because there are so many other options nearby.

Excellent lobster rolls! I had to order a second to be sure it’s true! Friendly staff as well.

Get here ASAP before they discover their prices are 50% lower than any other seafood shack in the area. I keep expecting the food to be mediocre or undersized, but no, it’s always super fresh and large portions. It is located in one of those faux-maritime-village tourist traps on Rt 1. But this is no tourist trap, excellent food. Unbelievable value.

Not your standard lobster place as they have great chicken and ribs as well. But if you are looking for a lobster dinner, they can’t be beat. They’re steamers are excellent as are their other seafood selections. My favorite is the seafood chowder, it’s tasty and full of seafood. Excellent food at great prices and the people are awesome! Highly recommended!
