First, it was almost impossible to find this place as there is no clear signage and leading up to the entrance, and the entrance only has a giant sign stating«FOOD» with a tiny sign below it stating the hike. Because this is privately owned, the guy charges way too much to get in for such short a hike, won’t allow you to bring in your own food, and there’s no room for more than a few cars at a time. It is an extremely tiny parking lot, and when we got there, the owner reamed us out for trying to pull in to see the parking situation and said, «Can’t you see there’s no room here… come back in two hours». He was a complete jerk and if that says anything about how the place is run, I would not try and go back.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Tinley Park, IL
What a cool sight seeing activity to check out while in the Dells. For $ 5 you get walking access to series of caverns formed from a unique rock formation. It looks like you can take a boat tour that either ends or begins at the Witches Gulch. The area is very cool and with lots of shade, a good place to go for a break from the hot summer sun. It was a little difficult to find, they should put up a few road signs, in my opinion. Add this place to your list!
