My family has a cabin near«the Rapids» and every time we head up, we have to eat breakfast at Misty’s. Good food at a very reasonable price. My favorite is the«stacker», which is eggs, biscuits and gravy, but substituting hashbrown potatoes for the biscuits. The service is great — very friendly, down-to-Earth folks. You should also try the home-baked pies and breads — very tasty!

I had the country fried steak skillet. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. So good. And great friendly service. Wish I could go back here 20 more times.

For medical reasons, I try not to eat too many cheeseburgers, and fries, even though I love them. I ordered it today, and it was perfect. Service is always friendly and fast.

It was so good, we went back the next morning! The Badger and the Stacker are our favorites! Homemade pies, muffins, breads! The service is cheery and efficient! A must!

The pies at Misty’s are amazing! When we are in the area, we stop in for a slice and a cup of coffee. Lip-smacking good.

Great home cooked meals at reasonable prices! I highly recommend the Brewers Skillet for breakfast and pot roast with a slice homemade pie for lunch!

This is our go to breakfast place when we are in the area. The service and food is always great. If you get here early you might be able to get a loaf of their Pie Bread. They are open for breakfast and lunch most days and dinner on Fridays & Saturdays.

Best breakfast in town! Rapids has a lot of breakfast places. Unfortunately, they all suck. Misty’s, however, is the exception. This small little restaurant consistently turns out a great breakfast. The skillets are hard to beat. I also recommend getting the homemade toast for 50 cents more.

Great breakfast. Always hot and fresh, and good quantities. The place is a local favorite, and the parking lot is usually full of ‘sconsin plates, not a tourist trap at all. The counter is the place to go when it is busy, although there are plenty of booths and tables. And leave room for the pie! Misty’s husband Brian makes the best pies and baked goods.
