*Wixom location review only* Why am I given an option to select «Add Mayo Packets» if they never come? Clearly, SOMEBODY sees this because «ADD avocado» was before it (check, that was on my sandwich) and «Salt Vin Chips» was below it (check, that was in my bag. «TAKE mayo packets» NOT included! I get the slogan is «freaky fast» but following my order that is printed out in FRONT OF YOU (I have them deliver my orders) takes an extra minute. I’m ok with my sandwich not getting here in 3 minutes as long as it’s right! This isn’t a one time occasion either, this has been on multiple occasions the requested «TAKE mayo packets» have not shown up. Why is it even an option if you’re not going to add it in?

My review is solely based on this location and not Jimmy John’s as a whole. This location, while they do have some very nice delivery drivers, cannot follow instructions on orders placed on the website. Each and every time I order, something is missing and the «customize your sandwich» instructions are not followed. I’ve called back to express my distaste and have been met with an attitude that clearly voices annoyance on the other line. If this location wasn’t one of two places that deliver to the company I work for, I’d probably never order again.

Good variety of sandwiches, always fresh and fast. The restaurant is always very clean. Staff is friendly, particularly the manager (I should know his name) and Jake.
He is only one of two employees of any fast food restaurant who has ever introduced himself to me. Very impressive.
I’ve been eating here at least once a week since they opened. They’ve never made a mistake on an order. I don’t understand the other reviewer’s scale. He has positive things to say about this place but only gives them 3 stars. I give them a 5 star rating because it’s everything I expect from a sandwich shop with an added bonus of very friendly staff.

Standard Jimmy Johns. Sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Occasionally ingredient mistakes are made on the subs. Staff are friendly and quick in serving food. Great for a quick lunch.
