Wendy’s

I went thru the drive-​thru and the cashier seemed to be annoyed that I was there (no smile, didn’t tell me my total, no hello or have a nice day). I got my food (2 salads, a blueberry pineapple chiller, and a natural lemon aid). When I got home I took a drink of my chiller and it tasted like dish water, just really nasty. Not happy. The salads were ok.

The Manager there is horrible the food was cold. I asked him to remake and their was a debate he wanted me to eat cold food. Nasty and rude to be a Manager.

Just went through the drive thru, got the classic chicken sandwich meal. Lady sticks her arm out the window with out even looking at me, I grab my food and she just shuts the window and walks away, never got a chance to ask for ketchup. Sandwich was cold, bun was stale and sort crunchy. Only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 was the fresh fries. Probably not gunna go back, Culver’s is way better.

I have never been to a cleaner or nicer fast food restaurant in my life. Such a nice change from greasy gross fast food joints. I love the futuristic pop machines.

This used to be my favorite Wendy’s until they renovated and added the double drive-​thru. Their food has always been good solid here, and the service is friendly.
My only issue is that ever since they added the double drive thru, it takes them much longer to get you through the line. I’d say the average wait is twice as long as it ever used to be.
I’d imagine it will improve over time, and I will update my review when it does.

I went there for lunch, and one of the drive-​thru lanes were blocked off. Service was quick like it used to be. I was happy about that because I have a limited amount of time for my lunch break. I hope they keep one of the lanes blocked off from now, on.

This Wendy’s has breakfast… And it is good. Real egg, bread seems fresh and the potato wedges are awesome. I understand it is not healthy but it all seems fresher than other fast food breakfast and I never feel like I need a nap afterwards.

Went here recently to order an Asiago Chicken Sandwich and was surprised to find I was eating full squares of wax paper! Seriously… Not the greatest sandwich I’ve had for sure. Epic food fail.
Called the location and was told a new employee was unsupervised while making this sandwich and must have missed it when adding the cheese. Logical answer but still unacceptable for a chain as large as this. Food safety is the absolute number one priority in my opinion. Although the wax paper probably won’t kill me, I would prefer all of my sandwiches without it.

Haven’t had Wendy’s in a while so decided to stop there through the drive through and get a spicy chicken combo. Now I see why I haven’t gone there in a while. The chicken was so thin and small it was sad. I think they must have ran out so they give people the little one dollar chicken sandwich.

We are all familiar with Wendy’s. It’s ok. I went there for lunch today-​mostly for convenience. I wish we had In n’ Out or Habit Burger in Michigan. I had the chicken asiago sandwich. I asked them to drop it in right then. I didn’t want chicken which had been sitting out for hours. To tell you the truth it made a huge difference. I never expect much when I head to Wendy’s but getting fresh (er) food makes it better.

What kind of fast food place has no changing station. This is the 21^st century. Families do grab lunch out at fast food locations occasionally. Thank god for Culvers, McDonalds, Burger King, and Taco Bell at that exit.

It’s a Wendy’s. No need to dive into the food.
Service here is very friendly. I usually stop here after hunting at Proud Lake in the later months because the bathrooms are kept clean and the chili is piping hot. Do note that this place gets busy during lunch times because it’s right of of I-​96 so plan accordingly. Traffic on Wixom Rd. is quite busy as this Wendy’s is located just off the freeway ramps.
