went there on Dec 312015 ordered 20 dollars worth of food for my men and asked for 3 packets of BBQ sauce for the nuggets and the girl that couldn’t speak English wanted to charge me an additional 25 cents each they are condiments not chargeable stuff the guy makes so much money there they have to have a person in the both just to collect all the money they rake in On top of it all they forgot to give me the ¼ cheeseburger i ordered the place sucks and people shouldn’t have to put up with this shit servic3e and who cares attitude WTF McDonald’s Wendy’s and BK make way better food and don’t try to rip us off each time we go thru I am never going back to your store

Slowest McDs ever. Every time I’ve been here the drive-thru line DOESN’T MOVE. And worse, once you’re in line, you’re stuck because there’s no way out. Took us 20 minutes with only 6 cars in front of us. Isn’t this suppose to be fast food? Management really needs to reevaluate this place. It’s gotten so bad I don’t bother stopping here any more.

The good: Well, nothing. The bad: The NEVER get an order right. I realize that a hamburger, french fries and a Coke order now may need a translator, but they can’t even get that correct. Try complaining and you get a series of people sounding like a they came from a country that may not exist anymore. They idea of triple checking orders is no mandatory(even though it never happens), I think they are under the misguided assumption that that means they MUST get it wrong. The ugly: The parking lot looks like it was designed by Franz Kafka.

They are rude at the drive through and never give katsup even if you ask multiple times. Always try to give you something you didn’t order — have to give back coffee/smoothie every time I go there! Very disorganized. Really annoying…

This is the slowest McDonalds that I have ever been too! They always get my orders(and other peoples orders wrong) whether it’s the drive-thru or when you go in! The employees are rude and spend way too much time talking to each other rather than taking orders! They usually only have one line open inside even though they’re a ton of employees working! They barely speak English because I’d say 95% of people who work there are Spanish, I’m not the type of person who cares what nationality you are as long as you are working and taking care of customers which does not happen here! The drive-thru and parking situation is horrible and you have bob and weave to get out of the park lot! I don’t know why they advertise coffee because they never get my coffee right! It is wrong EVERYDAY!’ The only reason I go there is because the coffee is only a dollar but I have to fix it myself so I ask for cream and sugar on the side!

I eat a lot of fast food. I like this particular McDonalds a lot for a McDonalds It’s got a good atmosphere inside with a recently revamped interior and fast reliable wifi. The preparation is generally better than what I see at most fast food locations. Orders are accurate and toppings are properly portioned. The ingredients for things like salads and toppings(onion, tomato, lettuce) are generally really good and not flavorless, poor texture, or expired. The lime slice that comes with salads is always way better than any lime I can find in stores. It’s pretty obvious that it is closely managed by someone who cares about the end result and that isn’t something I would say about many McDonalds locations. It’s still just the McDonald’s menu, but if you order carefully there are some good options. The only nits I can find is that the bathroom doesn’t have towels just dryers(a common arrangement unfortunately) and the soda dispensing station doesn’t dispense water. They do make sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer available at the register area which is neat.

I recently attended an engagement party near this McDonald’s. Of course, everyone who I was with wanted a late night snack, so around 1: 30am, I drove to McDonald’s. The drive-thru line was very long, but it moved very quickly. And the two men working the take-out window were so pleasant and kind. Despite the crazy line of customers and the fact that it was late at night, they were super friendly. I don’t go to McDonald’s often, but I was very impressed by the service I received at this location. Nice work!

this chain fast food place is — different and has been for a long time. They have the distinction of being the worst fast food establishment I ever visited. For years they have never successfully completed and order correctly. The highly irregular use of space around the building, somehow seems appropriate. there are plenty of fast food places near by that can address your fast food needs. And a variety of local restaurants that can provide superior food for comparable money.

It’s Mcdonalds. But, even then, they often get order wrong for me and workplace. English isn’t the main language spoken by drive through or inside, and the nice little screen’s they are supposed to use so you can verify they get your order right, 90% of the time are either broken or not used. Beware if you need extra something, or are allergic to something or don’t want mustard on your food. Fries can be great, or cold. For a High Volume location, their service and english language skills suck.

Okay, I praise Jamie Oliver as the voice of reason when it comes to food/obesity. I hate fast food. But, when it comes to ONLY this particular location, I need to stop in for their delicious coffee. I’m not a normal coffee drinker. But, they are the only ones that will make it right for me. Yes, you can say that I have a hippie taste, and you’re only supposed to drink it black. But, I don’t care. These people don’t over stuff my coffee cup with ice. The coffee never gets me on a delirious caffeine high. They’ve never once screwed up my order. And, when you buy five coffees, you get the sixth for free! The coffee gets my vote!

I’m the duke because I’m a sucker for a coffee and sometimes an Egg McStuffy in the morning. I also enjoy the frequent buyer card for iced coffees that only this location honors, which is somewhat of a bummah. The restaurant went through a huge transformation over the summer of 2011 and recently was finally finished. I like the updated look but I also rarely eat in there and instead take everything to work. I believe there is free wi-fi although don’t quote me on that. The flat screen TV’s tuned to CNN most of the time are a nice touch. 4 stars instead of 3BECAUSE of the remodel. The drive thru here is super impressive… they have a conveyor belt that sends the food to the other side of the restaurant from the kitchen. This is crucial for the 24 late nights, I’ve been here before at 3AM and the line can get ridiculous so efficiency is a must. I also hate that they only have a «late night menu» and jack up their prices. But if you’re stupid enough to eat a Big Mac before bed when you’re craving a Southwestern Style Chicken Sandwich that they might not offer instead, then there is no hope for you anyway. These reviews about getting the wrong change back are pretty ridiculous. Only an idiot wouldn’t actually count their change PRIOR to leaving a restaurant if you’re unsure of it, or actually speak up to someone when it happens when caught. And if it happened once, why you would let it happen again is beyond me. But as McDonald’s infamously states, «the customer can sometimes be pretty stupid».
