20 – 25 minute wait for food for 3 hungry kids? people ordered more AFTER me and got theres BEFORE me and some were even finished before we got our food! The staff is rude and the manager threw 2 coupons at me. WIll i be going back? NO! FYI the cleanliness of playroom needs to be watched!!!

Not happy with this place. I thought going through the drive through should be a quick pleasant experience. Rude customer service, long wait time. Always think the next time it would be a better experience nope! Same long wait!

Sticky. Everything was sticky. I had to wash my hands after carrying the tray to the table since my palm was covered by some mysterious sticky substance. Tried to open the container my sandwich was in and got a handful of mayo because I hadn’t realized they’d dribbled mayo down the outside of the box(almost no mayo actually made it into the sandwich). Finished up with opening a couple of ketchup packets(they don’t have a dispenser), and my hands came away sticky; this shouldn’t have surprised me since there was some sort of brown substance obvious on the outside of many of the packets.

This one is very fast for service and quite professionally managed. Efficient and clean. I get my morning coffee there.

No, it’s not in the spirit of Unilocal to review McDonalds; and yes, I’m doing it anyway. I’m old enough to remember the days when every McDonalds had — at a minimum — a life-size figurine of the Hamburgler for the amusement of young patrons. But the quaint days of the Ronald McDonald, Grimace, and Hamburgler posse have long since been supplanted by the«I’m Lovin’ It» McDonalds of the 21st century. For those of us that miss the classic McDonalds of yesterday, there’s the Woburn McDonalds Playplace. This is the McDonalds of old. This is what McDonalds was and should be all about. It’s not about the Happy Meal. It’s about jumping into a pool of plastic balls, after you’ve scarfed the Happy Meal much too quickly. I can’t say first-hand how good the Woburn McDonalds Playplace is, as I well exceed the 4-ft minimum height requirement which would give me the authorization to actually enter the playground area, but from what I have seen of it from a distance(and I don’t dare venture closer than 12 feet, for fear of fecal contamination) — it looks pretty happening. It’s got tubes, slides, ladders, and various and sundry things to have a good time on. My kind of McDonalds.

This was my go-to McDonalds for years and years and years. The best thing about this particular location, is that they have that playplace thing out front for the kids. Take your nephews there, and you’re guaranteed about ½ hour of peace as they go taking off through the kid-sized hamster tubes.
