Update on the last review: it was the detail that caused the problems. There is an electrical box under the seat that they soaked and was fried. Corporate was very cooperative and they are paying for the damage.

This isn’t based on a return visit, this is based on the fact that the owner contacted me and explained that the pumps were fixed. Clearly this is awesome, but it was frustrating at the time to say the least. I can’t remember the last time I only pumped $ 10 of gas rather than fill it. Oh wait yes I can, in 1985 when I pumped gas for a living… True story That said, he offered me a free car wash, let’s be honest I can’t be bought… at least not for a car wash. Nice gesture though…

I just got my car detailed today and it looks brand new! They did a great job within the time frame they quoted. The guys were super friendly and the manager Mike was very professional. It’s the only place where I’ll go to locally.

Update
Since my post, Scrubadub’s customer service team has reached out via email and phone to find out what happened and try to rectify the problem. Customer service is very important to the company and Matthew made that very clear. My husband and I both received some complementary services for the experience I had. I was quite impressed with the level of seriousness in which he addressed the issue and am happy to report that I’ve had a nice experience since.

Left my automatic wipers on by mistake and of course they got ripped off my car within seconds. Usually they warn you but not this time. I did go back after my wash and Jeremy found my wiper and spent over 10 minutes in the hot sun trying to fix it — which he did. I only asked him to find my wiper so I could bring it to the dealership to fix… after all it was my stupid mistake. I was really impressed how this guy went overbaord to provide a great customer service. I told him twice he didn’ need to fix it as it really was quite broken and it wasn’t easy but he kept on trying until it was right. Wow… made my day!

Stopped here quick for a wash cause it was the closest to my hotel. What a crazy setup get your car washed forst thrn wait an hour too get the inside cleaned. Outside was cleaned but it was parked underneath a tree and it got dirty all over again. Inside was not cleaned as well as i hoped. Will not be back.

I don’t go anyplace else, I was just there yesterday. I bought a book of washes, they’re having a special right now whereby you get an extra wash if you go online and punch in # from the receipt. (Good salesman I might add)
There seems to be a new bunch of guys. Am I correct, very friendly don’t get me wrong, just wondering about the old crew!
Also, I love the relatively new blue cloths to wipe down the car, nice touch !!

I never go anywhere else to get my car clean. Only 10 bucks for a basic wash. The best part is that you can pay an extra $ 10 and they will vacuum and wipe down your entire interior. For the money and how fast they do it, it is well worth the price. Especially someone like me who likes a clean car but hates finding the time to do it. I don’t like that they try to sell you more stuff as you go up to pay, but overall it’s worth the trip. It can get busy so be careful what day/​time you go.

I drive a nice car and like to keep it clean! Being in their unlimited plan, I frequent the woburn and Salem nh locating a few times a week. The car always looks great after every wash and the customer service up the chain is very professional and reaches out to anyone who has a concern.

This is a follow up to my initial review for Scrubadub in Woburn dated March 14, 2014. After raising my concern regarding the scratches I saw after I had my car washed, Danny P. and the management was eager to reach out to me and address the issue. Ron G., the VP of operations, arranged a schedule to meet with me and showed me how their car wash facility works and all. He then offered to buff out the scratches after a premium complimentary wash. Although minor scratch marks still remains but kudos to the amazing customer service extended by the Scrubadub management and crew. You won my confidence back and I am now considering going back to this place for future washes.

I use to come here before I moved away from Stoneham and I still come back here for the quality of service. I had gotten my car waxed a year ago and even though I was a few days past the 365 days, they honored it and waxed my car again. I also got the inside detailed which makes my car feel like new again.
Please note the layout of the setup for where to go after you wash your car for just detailing vs the other bays is very confusing and the attendants MAY notice you are confused but just point where you should go. This could be solved by some signage or the attendants taking a moment to walk over and show you where to go.
Also when you pull up for the detailing, don’t expect anyone to acknowledge you. However the manager Mike is awesome and very professional.
