Went to have breakfast here last Sunday.
Only one waiter on the tables; so service was very slow.
Food took over half an hour to arrive and was cold when it reached our table
Took too long to get the check to pay and then we were told the manager who had the keys to the cash register had not come in so it was credit card payment, only !!
Will never come back here.

First and foremost, let me just say that I have been to plenty of Friendly’s in my lifetime. I came to this Friendly’s because it’s new, closer to my house, and I haven’t eaten at Friendly’s in a few years. Therefore, when I got here and seen the condition of this place and how messy it is, I was in shock. The floors are disgusting, the utensils were disgusting to the point that I had to ask for hot water to sanitize them. The salt and pepper shakers were sticky so I asked for hand wipes and they did not have any. Also, my fries, whether they came out of the freezer or not … they sure looked and tasted like it and they were not hot. The cheese that was supposed on my burger was on the outside of the burger. The seat cushions were coming off, the menu was extremely sticky. Even the receipt and card holder was filthy. This was the WORST experience and food I’ve ever eaten IN MY LIFE !!! NEVER again. EVER

6:30 pm. Slow as molasses — restaurant ½ full. Just in for dessert. 10 minutes to be seated. Another 10 to take order. ½ hour to get ice cream. Four of us. We place our order. Server comes back «no butterfingers topping.» A few minutes later, back to the table «no cookies & cream ice cream» for another in our party. They brought a dish of vanilla and a side cup of Oreos. Apparently you have to make your own cookies and cream.
So after a forty minute wait we’re ½ way through eating, and the server brings over the check! So it’s ok to make customers wait to be seated, then rush them out before they’re done eating. Please tell me how this is «Friendly».

The service was great actually. I came yesterday around 9pm. The girl there was very nice. Invited me to sample two flavor. I loved the black raspberry icecream. Forbidden chocolate was great too.

Worst service ever!!! Can’t believe me and my girlfriend stood at the front, waiting to be seated for over 15 minutes! Not one waitress or staff acknowledged us standing there to be seated. We waited for way too long and we decided to leave. Definitely not a «friendly» place…

This Friendly’s is sinking to the standards that other sites have. The service is horrendous and they are always out of menu items. Tonight, French fries and vanilla. They’ve had their last chance with my family.

We came before for an after dinner ice cream treat for the kids and they loved it. So we decided to come for lunch with them. Food is mediocre but the ice cream makes up for it. Our waiter was really friendly and service was good but just very slow. We ended up taking our ice cream to go. Probably won’t go there to eat again. Just get the ice cream to go.

I really should have stopped at the location in Weymouth on my way home. The guy at the window was completely useless and it took him 10 minutes to make a fribble for my brother. That’s a milkshake for those who have never been to Friendlys. And he still *BLEEPED* it up!!! Only gave them 2 stars cause I’ve been coming to this location for 30 years!

If I had 0 stars I would give this place 0 stars. Me and the boyfriend came here to have a late breakfast. #1 the place was gross not clean at at all! Im in the food industry as a waitress so I know that things are not going to perfect but come we literally felt dirty and unclean when we left. #2 there was no one in there and we waited about 3 – 5 min for someone to greet us and seat us. #3 no one ever took our order! We waited for about 10 – 15 minutes mind you there was probably two other tables in there and we saw at least 5 wait staff yet no one greeted us took our orders etc. so we got up and left. Terrible wait staff. Don’t waist your time coming here. Too bad the Friendlys I grew up going too was fantastic…

If I could do 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to take kids. The service is AWFUL the food isn’t that good and it takes 45 minutes to get your meal and once it come out it is wrong. I will never come here again and recommend that no one else should go either. Burger King would have been better. This place needs to close it is filthy and the wait staff are the rudest people. The only people who had good service was the general managers friends. I know this because she spent so much time sitting chatting with them. If your staff can’t do their jobs then you have to step up and cover them, that is YOUR job.

This was my very first time walking into a friendly’s and I had the worst experience. It was me and my friend with her 4 kids, we came and stood at the door and waited to be seated. As I look around there was 2 ppl, 1 taking orders and another getting food together, she was waiting on tables also and the same person who was supposed to seat us. That right is way too much for 1 person to be doing in a restaurant. Then I look down the to the end of the restaurant I seen 2 more employees sitting at one of the booths eating. Why is it that me as the paying customer is sitting at the door with 4 kids STILL WAITING??? Also the restaurant for the most part was empty and no line but us waiting for 10mins. Also placed looked run down.
We left and ended up at applebee’s, which I don’t recommend anyone also!

Came here for breakfast and where asked to wait when the restaurant was empty. Server had no personality and did not bring sugar with our coffee. We had to call on her 3x before she actually turned over to us– it was as if she was ignoring our request. Bathrooms are not clean, and the rest of the space needs serious updating. Menu items are not available although listed– no fruit for breakfast???

Dont come here! our food took along time and our waitress dissapeared for hours with 2 baby’s screaming that their hungry and took more than an hour wait at the table for simple sandwiches is wrong! No wonder the chain is failing! Not enough help for a busy place and be ready to have people to adnore u and the food was also bad! Came here for the kids cause they love the ice cream, seriously we will never never come here ever again

As we started hostess asked us to wait even so it was empty and plenty of tables
Waiter was too insensitive, never took in consideration we had a 4 years old and brought the juice in a glass big cup for adult, we asked 3 times to bring is a kids cup for our 4 years old child. Finally she seemed to notice even that our child was even asking her the same thing
We sat and wait for almost an hour for our food. Food was cold when she serve it on our table
We saw waitresses using the table to have their own meal instead of taking care of customers, waiters left tables dirty after they eat their meals
I don’t recommend this place

I dont get why Friendlys are all sooo small inside when everytime I have ever gone to one the place is filled & there is a line out the door… No matter what time I go…
so the Bigshots at Friendlys need to take heed of this & instead of closing them down build BIGGER ONES… With booths that are big enough for Big girls & kids that need booster sits & dont sit still…
Its Friendlys, Greasy Food, Addicting Ice Cream & Rude waitresses… I Love it!
AND… THIS IS A BIG AND… Dont go there if you dont have children and then want to complain that the 3 2 year olds in the booth behind you are loud & kicking… ITS FRIENDLY’S… Thats where parents take their kids because they know here they arent judged…
Go somewhere else if you dont like loud children!
