Mittelwest German Shepherds

We have 2 beautiful dogs from Mittelwest with fantastic temperaments. You can definitely tell a MW dog when you see one. The red and black color is so rich in these dogs. Always get compliments.

Not happy that I had to select even one star. For Liars as Julie — who runs Mittelwest there should be fines, not stars. She lied both about the temperament of the dog that I paid $ 3500 for as well as tried to charge me the $ 50 merchant charge for the transaction which is her cost. When questioned about it she took off the charge. Our dog is beautiful, we love him and wouldn’t ever give him up however Julie charged me full price for a dog she claimed was show quality and I got a puppy with both an underbite and one descended testicle. Once he was in my arms, he wasn’t going back. Unfortunately Julie knew this and took advantage of it. Her dogs look impressive but if Julie is involved in a transaction, your better off going to a rescue. Both places are a crap shoot. I’m not being negative about rescues and have had several. I’m saying that your chances of knowing what you are getting are as good at a rescue as they are if Julie is involved.

We found Mittelwest after searching for a top quality GSD breeder and experienced trainer. We wanted a puppy with impeccable breeding, solid temperament and show potential and we are very pleased with our new dog. Expensive, but worth it.
