This by far the best Italian Resturant I go to. The brick pizza oven keeps the dining room nice and warm. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean. The chicken parma, is my favorite and the rolls are to die for. We now live in Atlanta but we return once a year to visit and this place is always second in the list(after seeing family of course). The Sangria white and red is perfect. The bartender once gave my husband the recipe after much begging for me :)

I was in Woodbridge last evening and we were going to go to Jose Tejas, but they had over an hour wait. My friend didn’t want to wait and pulled into Bertucci’s. I’m not a fan of chains, and I inwardly groaned at the thought of chain Italian, but it was good. They had a 19.99 special for soup or salad, entrée and dessert. I had the sausage soup, chicken parma, and flourless chocolate cake for dessert. My friend had insalata, chicken piccata and a cranberry apple crisp dessert. We had a nice pinot noir, too. Food: I really liked the soup & the chicken. The tomatoes were fresh and great. My flourless chocolate cake was too sweet. When I make it, I use bittersweet chocolate. I expect flourless chocolate cake to be dark and dense. This was good, but not great. My buddy: liked the salad, liked the chicken but wished they had served it with something more substantial than angel hair pasta, and found the cranberry apple crisp to be sickeningly sweet. You would expect something with cranberry to be more tart. I took a bite and had to agree with him, it was beyond sweet. Service was good. The place wasn’t full but had a decent crowd, and there seemed to be a lot of birthdays. They have a good wine menu, good drinks, and food is decent. Not a bad choice if you’re in the area. Just avoid the desserts unless you want diabetes.

4 of us for lunch today, the food isn’t bad, enjoyed the rolls and dipping oil, and the complimentary salad, though practically all lettuce, was ok.(there may have been 2 or 3 small pieces of cucumber and tomato in there with a bit of onion and black olive if you looked hard) Ordered the garlic knots, had to ask for them 3 times. The second time, midway through the lunch process, reminded the waitress, she nodded. The 3rd time I mentioned it to her(it appeared she might have forgotten them), she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and looked at me like I was speaking another language. When they finally arrived, They were disappointing, I’ve had better in local pizzerias. There was a mix up in one member of our party’s glass of wine order, and the waitress gave the same response. I ordered the Cajun Salmon, it was a bit dry. When ordering it the waitress asked how I wanted it cooked. It’s fish, I want it cooked, fish is not cooked like beef.(pink inside?) Where do they find these people? For a Saturday at lunchtime, the place was not at all busy. Probably won’t be returning, or recommending this place.

Although this is my first time buying, I have lived in North Brunswick for almost two years and have not found a good pizza until I tried Bertuccis. I recommend 100% great pizza and excited to buy again!!!

I went here for dinner a day before christmas… the host wasnt around and were asked by the waiter that we should get a table in 10 mins or so… After waiting for around 7 minutes the hostess came and said that we will have to wait for 45 minutes as all the tables were occupied… When pointed at few empty tables we were told that since they were short staff they cannot entertain us… Was a disappointing experience

Service– Eh. The servers and other members of the FOH werent particularly friendly. Nor were they unfriendly. Nothing memorable Food– Two out of five dishes ordered were severely charred.(Not a good taste on chicken). All in all– I’d come back again but most likely not frequently.

Bertucci’s Italian restaurant is quite the nice spot. Large variety of customers, friendly staff, and a large selection of seating. They have a full bar and good beer on tap. I ordered beer and wings and got a free salad with bread rolls and oil, both of which were excellent. I got the new Cajun Brick Oven Chicken wings… Yes brick oven wings. It was really really good and I definitely recommend it. All the other food I saw coming out looked great too. Fair amount of elderly there enjoying the place. Open kitchen style restaurant and very clean environment. Fantastic-o!

The pizzas are too expensive I asked for a thicker pie and they charged me $ 3 dollars more on a pie that already cost $ 19. Crazy. Then when I questioned the manager he argued with me in front of other customers then took the $ 3 off. Good customer service ??? the servers have an attitude and expects you to be nice so then he will. Backwards

The Tuscan wings are amazing! !! Sorry I never have pictures to share bc I always eat them so fast. The service here is great. They remember you and make you feel welcome. I’ve brought quite a few people here from work who have always been satisfied. I really can’t speak on other menu items bc I only have the wings and spinach salad every single time. The menu has a lot of nice items like crab cakes chicken scampi etc. Give it a try.

dated, musty décor — asked hostess twice to find server, hostess wore dirty sweater, the guy seating us was covered in flour. bathrooms dirty, my wine-glass was dirty and now for the food: salad totally forgettable, bottled dressing, large chunks of ice-berg lettuce. Chicken Picata was three piece of over-cooked, hard, breaded cutlet pieces swimming in lemon juice with perfectly tasteless fettucini. When the bill finally arrived, the envelope was covered in grease. How do they stay in business???

My wife and I went for dinner at this location food was not that good and service by our waiter Joe was even worse. It took 10 minutes just for him to take our drink then after we got our dinners they were not that good. He never came back to ask how everything was. Will not go back very disappointed

Not sure if the staff was hungover because it’s New Years Day, but my visit today was not very pleasant. My boyfriend and I walked through the front doors and waited over 10 mins to be addressed by an employee, although we saw at least 4 walk by including a bartender working 20 feet away. Although the restaurant wasn’t crowded, we were ushered to and seated at a booth behind a large party despite there being dozens of empty tables available. I ordered a salad w salmon, and my bf ordered a pizza. While we were waiting he used the bathroom and came back with dripping hands bc there were empty paper towel holders amidst a very full trash can. This immediately made me wonder if the employees were using the same bathroom, and if so how were they cleaning their hands? While we nibbled on the bread, we noticed an ant making its way across the table. The only saving grace was the food. We will go to Bertucci’s again, but not this one.

Went to bertuccis with my wife yesterday and I was pretty disappointed with the sanitary condition of the food. It puzzles me as most of the food is cooked out in the open, so you would assume that they would pride themselves on sanitation and cleanliness. We had dirty silverware, luckily the table was set for four people so we were able to interchange clean silverware at the table. Then we asked for rolls which they are infamous for and are usually a delicious treat, but for some reason ours came with marinara sauce on them. This is not a usual thing so we returned them for a fresh batch, but we didn’t really eat them. Then I ordered endless soup and salad and for some reason the croutons were stale, which is odd because they usually make them fresh. Then my soup the minestrone had a long hair in it. I simply returned the soup and ordered the sausage instead and this was hair less. Overall I had a bad experience and I am not sure if it was sherry the waitress or bertuccis as a company but it was a complete failure. Not looking forward to another visit.

This was the first time I was at Bertucci’s. I read a very short review previously about the rolls and the dipping oil and how good it was; this information was EXTREMELY accurate. The rolls were amazing and the oil was great. There was a large group of us and our waitress was very accommodating. She was quick to ask for drink orders and great with our food orders. I have the small Sporkie pizza and it was pretty good. I think I was looking for something with a little more spice, but that’s my own fault. It came out very well cooked and it wasn’t too saucy or doughy. All of us shared a few plates of mozzarella frittas as well. They were awesome, I highly recommend trying these if you find a Bertucci’s. Overall it was a great experience!

Chain. Dependable. The menu is developed by some corporate chef somewhere. Fine. This particular restaurant has been consistently good, very pleasant service, quick delivery of orders, easy parking, and attentive. What else can you ask for from a Bertucci’s?

I use to live in North Brunswick next to the other Bertucci’s. When I baby sat my nieces and nephews, they always wanted Bertucci’s. Ate there a few times with my Mom as well. Our little spot. Sooooo when I moved to Woodbridge and found out they had one here, it was like home away from home next to my new home. Yea, not really. Kind of disappointed. It was so bad compared to the other one, I really almost got hone sick.

Best bread you will ever taste in your entire life. It is so warm and fresh every time! You don’t even need to add butter because it is that great. The entrees are great too! Bertucci’s also has the best red sangria! Not bad for a chain restaurant.

This place is basically Olive Garden in terms of food chains. Went for the Chicken Parma, it was average. The Grilled Chicken Marsala was better. Got a couple of bites from my relative’s plate & the sauce was excellent. Prices are normal, nothing too expensive. Ambience was cool though, family oriented place where they give kids dough to play with instead of crayons. I’d go back if I wanted a quick Italian meal.
