I don’t know why this place is getting all bad reviews!!! The pizza here is outstanding I always get the margarita pizza and it never disappoints!!! My only complaint that it took a little over an hour for delivery. But I appreciated the courtesy call letting us know that they were running behind. Pizza was a little cold but tossed it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it was good as new. Again the pizza is very good!!! I hope to see this place get back on their feet with the delivery. Primo seriously makes amazing pizza and it’s worth it.

I have been ordering from this establishment for a few years now and feel it is right in saying that their food and customer service are good. What I find exceptional is that when a mistake occurs they seek to fix it and I respect that and their prices are reasonable.

Terrible, took almost 2 hours for delivery, and food came ice cold and over cooked. Avoid this place unless you wanna be over charged and disappointed!

I have ordered from Primo’s off of Grubhub a few times now. The food has always been really good and they are always really attentive to my special requests on my orders. The delivery is always over an hour, but other than that I honestly have no complaints and don’t see why this place is so poorly reviewed. That being said, I definitely think their subs, are a lot better than their pizza. But the food I order is always hot and delicious when it finally does get to my house.

there should be a negative star rating system. do not give them your credit card(especially to the female worker). i ordered pizza for a group of people and they would believe me when i ordered $ 335 worth. i guess they never had a order that large!(pizzahut and papa jones does it all the time) so they asked me for my credit card and said they will charge $ 5 just to authorize the credit card. the total was $ 335. i got charge 3 separate times, $ 280, $ 273, and $ 115. i said i’d be paying cash. again, never pay with your credit card and the pizza taste really bad. again, really really bad! if the pizza tasted even sub par, i would’ve thought of not posting the whole crap about the credit card but taste is not their stong point(their customer service and management is also crap) i expected more from a ny/nj pizza joint.

Food is usually good but COLD. Delivery is the worse probably cause they overwhelm drivers and the counter girl attitude SUCKS. After waiting once again over 50 minutes for a pie her comment was I don’t know what HE said when you ordered but we are on a 45 wait. Not the first time we ordered Delivery was late and COLD Time to find a new place in Woodbridge. Sorry PRIMO !!!

Prices are good food is above average and selection is great. They are on grub hub. I recommend it. Pizza is good. sandwiches are good. Plus delivery is pretty fast and I’ve never had an issue. Cheese stakes are good. They have some good deals check the coupons. I’m a regular.

Good pizza. They have a special, two slices and drink for $ 3.99 or $ 5.99 for two specialty slices and drink. My one complaint… No napkins on the tables. You have to get one at the register. They instructed me to pay after I finished my pizza.

I’ve given this place two tries. The first time I went there I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich which came out AMAZING, but they forgot to put lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella cheese when I had asked for no blue cheese only. The second time I went there I got the same order, and received the buff chicken sandwich with everything on it, BUT the bread was cold and the chicken wasn’t warm at all. It’s a decent place, but very hit or miss. Not bad for an emergency stop, but not for a really great meal.

I don’t know, I like this place I think. I usually go in for lunch. The buffalo chicken pizza is pretty good. It’s crispy and a little spicy. It’s not over powering. The pepperoni slices are pretty decent. It tastes like really good and fresh pepperoni. It does get greasy though. I know pepperoni is always greasy when cooked but this was a bit much. The girl behind the register is delightful. Always nice and friendly. The regular pizza leaves something to be desired. My job has ordered from there a few times and it never seems great. I guess being from north jersey I’m used to a certain type of pizza.

I order from them on a regular basis. They have a quick delivery time. Food for all times. Great pizza, calzones and subs. When ordering a wrap, they usually screw up white or wheat wraps. Very friendly service. Pasta portions and subs are very large sized.

By far worst pizza I have ever had. We had ordered off grub hub at 4:50pm and after receiving multiple acknowledgements that our order was being processed and out for delivery we called Primo when we still didn’t receive it at 6pm. The woman who answered the phone lied and said they never received the order despite the texts that grub hub sends once order is acknowledged by the business. The woman knew what I had order and asked if I would still like it. If I knew what kind of pizza they made I would have never agreed to wait even longer! Our half cheese half peppers and onion pie was disgusting. The peppers and onions were raw, who puts raw veggies on a pizza unless that was a request?! The pizza was so thin and hard it was inedible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t be so pissed but given the woman blatantly lied about receiving our order and in still hungry because I couldn’t eat the pizza I felt this rant was justified.

We had a Groupon and decided to try it. We got stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and then the eggplant parm pizza. The mushrooms took a long time and came out just about a minute before our pizza. I’m guessing this is more of a takeout/delivery joint than a sit down place. The quality was fine although next time I’d ask for less ricotta on the pizza. The big blobs of it made the crust soggy in parts and I like a really crispy crust. I’d definitely give it another try.

I am currently on my 7th minute of hold attempting to get my money back. I’m not from Jersey but pretty sure this wouldn’t fly anywhere. 8th minute of hold. what I ordered and what was wrong with it. 1) Mozzarella Caprese. Ummm well the garlic was fresh and the tomatoes were cool. Problem is the«fresh» mozzarella. It’s not fresh. It’s a texture I’ve never encountered and it’s precut into perfect squares that are paper thin. I was going to let it go until I realized it was the best not the worst of my food. 2)Angel Hair primavera with white sauce. The very word primavera means spring. As in fresh, as in light. I got a shit ton of frozen veggies(like the kind they served in my school as a kid… for free) in a thick white alfredo, underneath that mess was angel hair pasta? Nope. Mashed potatoes. Literally so soggy only could be sampled with a spoon since actually trying to wind it around a fork was laughable. It was mushymushmush underneath frozen veggies and forgettable sauce. 3)Fried Calamari. Only little baby rings because again… pre frozen. Do I care that it was pre frozen? Not if it tastes good no. But this was chewy in the worst way. not fresh, not crispy not delicious. 4)Meatball side. Took one bite and hit a ligament thingy. That’s when I said forget it and tried to call the delivery driver to come get this crap and give me my money back. This is where it gets REALLYFUCKINGBAD. My bill was 35.30. Not having change I had the option of tipping the driver 4.70 or 9.70 I’m a 9.70 kid of gal. The problem is that idiot thought it was by accident so he kept forwarding me to voice mail. Your welcome asshole. So now I call and the manager asks what was wrong with the food. Where do I begin. I give him a short summary. he puts me on hold FOR8 minutes. He then gets back on the phone saying in all the time this restaurant he’s never once had a complaint of any kind. So he’s going to WAITUNTILTHEDRIVERGETSBACKTODOSOMEKINDOFPOWWOWANDFIGUREOUTWHATTODOTHEN… CALLMEBACK… Are you fucking kidding me? I think your food is awful I want my money back and your food is virtually untouched. You need to figure out what to do? HERE’S WHATYOUDOSHITFORBRAINS. REFUNDTHECUSTOMER. WHY? SOYOUDON’T ENDUPWITHREVIEWSLIKETHIS. It got heated and he hung up on me, which means I have to use my valuable time finding out who the owner is and making a complaint.
