I am rarely in a DQ, but after receiving a gift card I decided to stop in to my neighborhoods Dairy Queen. I am still inside this establishment 20 minutes later waiting for a moolatte frozen coffee. My food came in 5 minutes. I have not tried it yet so i cannot comment, but there is no reason I should still be waiting for a frozen coffee this long. I think it’s safe to say I will not be back to this establishment. Update: I decided to ask why it was taking so long for a coffee and was told that they«forgot» about it. Awful customer service

Great food but gets an F for cleanliness! The place was not clean at all, the tables were sticky, trash overflowing, etc.

Service gets a little bad every time I go in. New guy(Someone I have never seen before) not only gets my order wrong twice but wouldn’t or didn’t know how to take my Gift Card that was never used.

The chicken basket is always cooked fresh and is very good. Sometimes however they give too small of chickens and is barely filling. The best thing about dairy queen however isn’t really the food, but it’s the deserts they serve. Their Blizzards and godly addicting.

One of the best things to happen to me when I moved to Lake Ridge was finding a local Dairy Queen only blocks from my house. I love Blizzards, and my favorite concoction is the simple yet mouth-watering Butterfinger Blizzard. I know everyone has their preference on ice cream, but the DQ does soft-serve, and they have many different varieties that will accomodate just about anybody. This particular store has gone through a recent renovation and the counter, seating area and bathrooms are shiny clean. It’s located in a corner spot in the center of the Festival of Old Bridge shopping center. The seating area is rather small, consisting of just about a dozen or so booths and a couple of stools with round tables at the front. Except for the chicken finger baskets, please don’t bother with the food. They like to make like they can compete with the major fast food chains but they fail. The burgers and other sandwiches are like public school lunch food. Better just stick with the ice cream and you will have a much happier experience.
