I would give it 0 stars. The service is bad and the product is too. Very little options and all taste bad and they don’t want you to put toppings on! Not a fun experience at all

I’m very upset because I’ve been a customer for a while. But today’s experience was rather unpleasant. Someone BEHINDTHECOUNTER said my order was gross?! I go up, order what I always order(green tea with mochi), a girl starts making my order and a guy behind her laughs, and says«ewww thats so gross! Have you ever had mochi(to the girl) its so nasty!» Then he looks up at me and laughs… WHAT? How are you going to say that in front of a customer?! Why are you trying offending your customer? This location really needs some new employees. So unprofessional! I’m sorry that other people have different tastes than you. If you don’t want to get your yogurt criticized then please don’t go here. Geez

This is my second time to this location, and they did’t seem that busy, but it has been a while so I decided to give it another try. Got a very berry smoothie last time and it was a little off, or maybe I am just used to it always being on point. Anyways, I got a small green tea yogurt today with no mochi. The name in the pictures advertised said«with mochi» so I assumed it comes with it. For a small, it was $ 4.88, almost 5 dollars, saved them some mochi and I only got a little portion. The tip barely passed the rim of the cup. I usually go to the one at Tysons Corner Mall and if you look at the pictures through Unilocal, they give like twice the amount. The green tea wasn’t bad though.

Good products but watch what they charge — 1 time it was double the proper price! And No apology for that. I bought a group of discounts to use there, but never enjoyed the smileless faces of those employees.

Asked about the non-dairy option and given the opportunity to read actual ingredient lists. Which was nice, I like know what I’m ingesting. Got the Green Tea Mochi and asked for fruit as a topping instead. I love frozen yogurt this was the most interesting and natural tasting I’ve tried. Located in Neighborhood 4, nearest parking entrance is for the TJ Maxx. After entering, go to your right and it will be located on your left hand side.

Yum! I got the green tea with mochi and the kids got strawberry with kiwi, mochi and cookie crumbs. I was told each order can have 3 toppings. Price for two small frozen yogurts: @ $ 8. I’m not sure if that’s average but it seems kinda expensive to me. Convenient that it’s in the mall and it’s not self serve like some other fro yo places. I’m giving it a 4 star review because they didn’t have taro. Otherwise, I’d still go back.

Woodbridge seriously needs more frozen yogurt places. All the ones I know of are in the mall. I love Yogen Fruz, I’ve been there on a weekly basis since I discovered it. It’s better than the others like it because the fruit toppings seem fresh and aren’t browning. The prices are reasonable, unless you want an extra topping and then it’s $ 1.50 extra. This is a bet steep imo, and the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. Other than that the yogurt itself has great flavor and there is a good selection of toppings. They could use more nut toppings, but all in all it’s the best frozen yogurt in Woodbridge. Now if only they’d open another location outside the mall I might be able to up my visits to twice a week. :)

It’s not Pinkberry, but it hits spot. What I really like is how it lists the nutritional information next to the menu items.
