Edible Arrangements

I got my dad an edible arrangement for his birthday and I think everyone can agree that the chocolate covered strawberries are the best part of the arrangements! I was disappointed that the strawberries were only dipped in chocolate about one third of the way. Isn’t it supposed to me fully dipped? I paid $ 92 and was expecting fully dipped strawberries –_​– that’s my only complaint other than that the arrangement was gorgeous and delivered in a timely manner

Tried it once, probably won’t be trying it again in the future.
The good: Their website makes it extremely easy to pick out an arrangement and schedule a pick up at a local store, almost TOO easy (that’s how they trick you!). They have a huge variety of arrangements to choose from in many price ranges.
The bad: Expensive. If you’re not looking to spend $ 50+, look elsewhere. I would say that value of EA overall is low considering the prices. I get that fruit is expensive, but I’m guessing their mark up is pretty atrocious.
Employees at this location are so-​so. I had schedule my pick up for 12pm. I arrived and didn’t see anyone by the front desk. That was okay, though, because they have a bell that rang in the front and in the back. Apparently the two employees in the back didn’t hear the bell, or didn’t care because they kept doing what they were doing.
I stood there waiting and in clear view of the window on the door to the back in hopes that they would see me and come out — nope. After five or so minutes the UPS man arrived with quite a few packages (the bell rang when he came in the door), and to my shock an employee came right out to the front. The rest of the process was fairly straight forward
The arrangement looked nice, but like I mentioned earlier it didn’t seem to represent the amount of money I paid for it – lesson learned!
Three out of five for the disappointing value and lack of quality customer service.

The girls at the desk sometimes catch attitudes with complaining customers. However, this review isn’t exactly for them. We are continuous returning customers and you would think with their prices and us willing to put up with some of the girls at the desk they would appreciate customers like us. Today a man named Devon was at the front desk. You could tell right off the bat he didn’t have much of a personality. We encountered an issue with my mothers order and not only did he completely lack in customer service he was as rude as it comes. Why edible arrangements has people like this working for them makes me think. I know they wouldn’t want to lose customers who spend quite a bit over employees with attitude problems.

I went in person to buy a bouquet of fruits and I was provided with great customer service by Dayvon Quander customer service representative. He answered all my questions and helped me choose items that I was very happy about. I was worried I wasn’t going to get my husband an anniversary gift this is why I went in person and am very happy I did and didn’t waste my time traveling here.

My order was pretty simple. Two boxes of a dozen chocolate dipped variety fruit. Well they messed it up. I took them to work and when I opened them for my coworkers the fruit looked old and the strawberries weren’t even covered in chocolate. I was completely embarrassed I brought this to my place of work. LOOK AT YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR IT or better yet, make it at home.

I read the other reviews and they are not very complimentary. However, my review concerns something else. I ordered an arrangement but then realized that the recipients were on vacation and, obviously, would not be there to receive it. I called and they graciously canceled my order. I really appreciated that and received an email almost as soon as I put the phone down saying that they refunded my money. Again, I was really grateful!

Great idea until you see the prices. It was like $ 80 for some cut up fruit on a stick…

It’s not the best that I’ve been to. The fruit could stand to have some flavor other than ice, and the emplyees could be a little more… employee looking. Overall, it feels like I’m eating an expensive mashup of whatever they could find in Safeway at the time. 3 stars for the fact that I can’t cut my own fruit like that.
