This place used to be decent but the service, food and overall appeal just isn’t there anymore. I actually had to switch tables to get anyone to notice me

I am from Florida and used to go to the first Hooters in Clearwater. This place has the worst wings, worst service, and to make matters worse no Hooters. Don’t waste your time awful!

Only because of the fried pickles… ONLY because of the fried pickles. I used to love their wings but I guess my taste buds have changed. I would ONLY go back for the fried pickles.

What happened to your wing size Hooters? They’re so small now and not to mention they are also missing their tips! Hooters was one of the last wing joints to keep the Wing tips on and I don’t know if it is just this location being cheap, but they are gone at the Woodbridge Hooters… Weak show. Also, what happened to the amazing Hooters dipping dressings with the peel back foil??? Woodbridge Hooters served us some watered down blue cheese that tasted nothing like the old peel top Hooters dressing. Terrible

I do love the atmosphere, and a handful of the hooters girls. And most of the time if you tell your hooters girl something is wrong, she will fix it.

I have visited this Hooters a few times and have always had excellent service. They have several outstanding bartenders Jen, Jess, and Max. There are also several great servers. Stephanie, Tina, Christina, Sam, and Tyla. Some of the servers are a little immature. The management team is always checking to make sure you have a pleasant experience and the kitchen does an excellent job.

Food was… Meh… service was… worse… avoid this hooters and eat at other locations in the area. Took along time to get our food, and the drinks were terrible tasting(got patron-rita). Hostess took our order because the waitress(Jypsy) was off flirting with some random customers not in her section. Oh, shout out to Angela who checked on us when we sat down… However, McDonald’s has better service, very upset. Took my girlfriend who’s a former hooters girl, and she couldn’t agree more. We didn’t meet our waitress until 20 minutes in… Jon Taffer would be very upset with this establishment… Oh and my water has been empty since we sat down…

Being this was my first time at Hooters, I had such a horrible experience. It all started when my friend suggested we come for their wings day, unlimited boneless chicken, fries, and sauce. We were pretty pumped since we were all hungry after a long day. The food was a little less than decent, but we were hungry so we still chowed down. We didn’t mind the less than stellar performance from our server, Ashton, until our checks came. We all had the exact same total, $ 14.29. One of our friends paid with card, and my other friend and I paid with cash. I gave her a solid $ 20 with the 29 cents so it’d be easy cash back, and my friend paid her $ 15 with the exact change. We waited about a solid 10 minutes to get our change back and she came with exactly $ 5 back for me. Do you see where the problem is? She took the $ 1 from my friend and took another $ 1 from my change. Of course, being the cheap high school student we are we waited for the dollar for my friend. Although, I did not even realize that I was missing a dollar as well. We waited quite a bit, until one of the managers(I’m guessing) came up to us and asked us if everything was alright. We asked for our server, Ashton, and he said he would get her for us. She comes by and asks us if everything was alright and my friend mentions her dollar. Ashton says«You gave my $ 15.29, you really want your dollar back? Ok.» Without any actual hesitation for us to reply and scurries off to get our dollar. We’re pretty livid at this point, because… she even realized she took the dollar. We wait another long 5 minutes and she gives us the dollar with a little«fun fact» of the day speech. «We make money off tips. The 2.23(whatever amount) we get paid goes to the government. Just a little fun fact.» With the bitchiest white girl attitude I have ever heard/encountered in my life. I was mortified. I took my tip off the table and we left. Never again. Sorry we aren’t old drunk white men with millions to tip, but hey if you were being a good actual server, you might have been five dollars richer that night. I mean if it’s normal for servers to take money from your actual change than maybe I’m wrong, but woah her attitude was out the roof. From the beginning we knew she wasn’t happy to serve us, but we are the customers…

This was a disaster, plain and simple. While I will say the wait staff was so so, this was just an oh my. We went for what I remembered to be great wings, hooters was always about wings. Place when we walked in was dirty and gave that impression…(my wife had never been in a hooters and she was in a mood for wings so we were in the door and best case was an hour wait somewhere else so I knew we were in for the long hall). My son’s grilled cheese we sent it back 1 as it came out cold, soggy wet and dripping, as if it had been dunked and left to sit. Second time came out Hot soggy wet and dripping(typically this is bread with cheese which is typically heated/fried up so that it is crispy… just in case you want to tell the cook as they obviously didn’t get it). I ordered the peel and eat shrimp my wife ordered wings. the wings came out and were basically sitting in a pool of oil/grease with some buffalo colored sauced some what drizzled across the top I could argue that we had an amount of buffalo sauce equivalent to a ketchup packet. I tried 1 wing and could not eat it, my wife attempted and made it through 5 due to the fact that she was hungry. We went home and made dinner afterwards. Never again.

Ok… It was Thursday… So not that busy. There are NO booths. Only high or low tables. We ordered our drinks, my Shirley temple tasted like flat weird kind of-cherry flavored plastic. 30 minutes went by, our server never once came by our table to check on things. I asked if our food was being prepared yet, she said no, I said good, bring me my check. And she did. $ 6 for a nasty drink, a Pepsi and a Sierra mist. And lord forgive me here, but when I go to Hooters, I expect a nice view. Not the D squad. I’m as a** hole, I know. :/so all things combined, we will never go back to this location.

The chain’s appeal is simply just sagging in much the same way as its namesake would after 32 years of feeding millions. I’ve gone for my last time. The charm wore off for me years ago but I went back just to see, and no, not any better only getter worse as the years continue to take its toll.

It’s hooters and I do just come for the food as it’s nothing like those Dick Vitale commercials you’ll see during March Madness. Having not been to a hooters in a number of years, I missed the naked wings and came back feeling pretty disappointed. Nothing really to complain about with regards to this location but more overall corporate changes. Wings — you took the hand off the chicken wing. This was one of the differentiating components I really appreciated about hooters. Yes, I eat this part so why did you take it off? Flavor hasn’t changed and it appears you’ve added more flavors. I stick to my old reliable of naked and hot. Tater tots — Maybe it was the presentation but everything just seemed smaller. The plate definitely was smaller and I assume the portion was as well. Bar — you’ve added liquor. That’s a nice surprise. Service — same service as before. If a waitress knows you, you’ll get all the TLC in the world. If they don’t, you may have to waive someone down.

Service was fast, waitress was friendly, bathrooms were pretty clean for a fast food restaurant. The wings were very good but I’ve tasted better wings from other Hooters locations. Overall good experience

I have never given any restaurant the listing of being the WORST restaurant I have ever been to but this one took the cake. Myself and 3 other coworkers along with our families decided to go out for the all you can eat wings last night. We knew there would be kind of a long wait but nothing compared to what happened. We arrived and after 20mins were seated(understandable we had 11 people) at 630pm we ordered our first round of food. 2 hours later my fiancé and I got our first round of wings and none of my other co-workers got there. After 30more mins(now 2.5 hours later from ordering) my coworker«B» inquired about her side salad(yes a salad) and that was finally brought out moments later. At the 3 hour mark we asked to speak to a managers about my other 2 coworkers orders for them and their kids none of which came out. Once a manager finally came to speak to us he offered to discount $ 5 off our ticket(really) 9 people didnt get their orders and you still wanna charge them all for the all you could eat?. I felt so bad for the waitress she had 4 table work of 5+ people walk out on her without paying any bills and it was her first night(worse time to start someone is the busiest day of the year). I even had to write a review on their website because we were just show shocked about our service. 4 hours it took to get 20 wings and a side salad(dont even get me started on the non-alcoholic drinks that took an hour to get). I have been to many hooters and never have i had service like this or a management team that just did not care about what was happening in their restaurant. I will definitely not return to this restaurant ever again.

Worst hooters experience ever! I have been to many of them all over the world and this was by far the crappiest. The waitresses seemed to all be miserable and most of them would have looked better if they had more clothes on. The food took forever and was cold when it came to us. If you want to be disappointed, this is your place to go. Worst hooters experience ever! I have been to many of them all over the world and this was by far the crappiest. Hooters is one of those places that it think about a lot but don’t go to very often. Every time I go to one tho I remember why I love it so much. Delicious food and most cases beautiful women. I took a ride out to this Hooters with my brother for MNF and a little Veteran’s Day dinner. Super impressed that the management or who ever makes decisions discounted the meals for Vets. on Veterans Day. Great way to give back! Also consistent amongst a lot of the Hooters I have been in. When there is football or sports on tv. They turn the freaking volume up so you can here it! Great job with that. Can’t stand those places that put the game on 49 muted TV’s then force you to listen to dull 70’s music. Waitress was RoRo, one of my favorites so I’m bias but she is awesome and beautiful soo. We both ordered a ridiculous amount of Daytona Beach wings and downed almost all of them. So good! Anyway everything came out as expected. The place was super busy which is a good thing. And the waitress’ were flyin around trying there best to get to everyone and remain attentive which is also good. Parking. Ehh could be better but overall I wasn’t let down by my experience at this Hooters and will def. go back to it, probably soon. Ciao

I’m never expecting glorious service at any Hooters but the waitresses here just straight up ignore you. The food is like any other Hooters and I feel like their wings, though decent, are overpriced– especially when they come along with horrid service. The food also comes out at a snail’s pace here– and the experience just gets worse when the waitress messed up your order, gives you an attitude about it, and disappears to «correct» it. I will not be coming back to this location. Food: 1.5 Value: 2 Service: 0 Overall: 1

So I went to Hooters to watch the UFC fight. Typical hooters experience. Beautiful Women, cold beer and so on. The food was quick to come out and was really pretty good. The problem came with the manager that night. I understand its college football days but we can watch those anywhere. When customers come to you and say«We just came to you to watch the fights and drink beer» because that is what you advertised all over the place. Then to snap at your waitress’ because customers are complaining to them is just wrong. This place wasnt even packed and you snapped. It was pretty disappointing in the food industry.

Yes. This is my friendly, neighborhood Hooters. This is «Hooters: Potomac Mills». And it’s the same as it ever was. I’ll admit, I’ve dived into this place several times simply for the eye candy(which has always proven mixed results). You can of course expect the signature uniform with a lot of feminine nonsense: Like«Welcome to Hoooters!» shouted into your ear as you enter the front door, doe-eyed conversation, silly line dancing, birthday chanting, bell ringing. Cooks yelling at the top of their lungs«Trixie! Orders UP!» etc. etc. etc. But besides all that, the restaurant itself serves mediocre food that is just too overpriced. The only thing I really enjoy on the menu are the wings. Just about every other item seems bland or just not to my personal taste. And then the prices are jacked-up to pay for all the bells and whistles that makes Hooters what it is. If you are there for the«Hooters experience» then you will find what you are looking for, but for anything else — just choose from the two dozen other restaurants within a three block radius.
