The night waitresses need to be replaced with people who actually have common sense!!! They have horrible customer service!!! And

Bartender was really cool she was really interactive with myself & my brother — I wish more ppl would state their complaints on site instead of ranting on Unilocal.Initially she took a little while to get to us but it wasn’t her fault they scheduled only 1 person she did the best she could & we appreciated her efforts under stress!

I came here for lunch with a party of 3 on a Monday. The food came out quickly and our orders were correct. We also had the Blue Rita Shaker with added Passion fruit. The drink was the highlight. The Mac and cheese is not so bueno. The crispy green beans were surprisingly good! There are lots of deals like the 474 and 345 and happy hour all day– you can get lost in the menu! Check with your server for he least expensive way to get what you want.

My wife and I visit here to get bite to eat on the way, after a very long day at event. We our order meals which included salads. The waiter ask did we want salads before meals come or before. We ask for the salads first. Well the salads never came. We order our meals again 1 cheeseburger cook medium well with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo on the side. And absolutely no pickles allergies. Got the cheeseburger and the burger was still cold and what made matters worse no onion. Even though the burger was cold it had pickles under cheese. Luckily my wife took a bite of the before I did. Cause if I had ate the burger I would have had cardiac stroke and it would been worse. My wife order Bruschshrimp with no-Parmesan well it came with it. So my wife was upset. because it was like the waiter wasn’t listening or just didnt care. Cause he repeated everything we order and nothing came back correct. I just just pay the bill to which I did and left. Nevertheless I don’t what the problem there but this the very worst experience at a TGIF, Cause I would been alittle more understanding if the manager was avaliable but he had step away for a minute be back. The other problem was I didnt understand why everything was wrong because the resturant was pretty much empty less then 10 tables were occupy with customers. And our order took 30 minutes or so minutes. When I ask for the check the salads were on the bill. I called to the waiter and told him the bill was wrong. He corrected and return with explanation that it was the kitchen mixup. Anyway. We have been coming Fridays for awhile usually at the 22302 Alexandria about once or twice a month. But this our first time visit at this one and I don’t think we’ll ever comeback nor my family or co-workers. I think we start spending my money else most like APPLESBEES better services. When you get act together let me know maybe revisted, but no time soon,

This was the second bad experience I had with this location TGIF. Tonight I was on hold for 10 before I got hung up on. I called back to again be put on hold for 25 mins before someone took my order. It took the person I was speaking with 20 mins to take my order. When I asked for my total, I was asked to hold on. I was on hold waiting for my total for an additional 37 mins. Yes I held on because my husband was on his way to pick up the order,(now on a conference call) I held on until he got there. Still on the phone with him and TGIF, he asked for the manager to complain about the service and to tell them I was STILL on the phone waiting. So now the order taker cones back to the phone with a total. I’ve been on the phone between holding on and being hung up on now for 90 mins. And all I got was I am sorry and 10% off my meal. Once my husband gets home with the order it was NOT correct. Our steak was not well done at all. We didn’t want to make that trip back there, to go thru the extra. The crew that was there this evening definitely need a mandatory customer service hospitality training class lecture badly. This restaurant will not receive anymore service from me. And I will spread the word to others about our experiences. Lucky I even gave you one star. Customer service, food, and order was ALL wrong.

I honestly feel terrible about all the negative reviews because we personally had an awesome experience at this place. I was hesitant about eating out in the area after a horrible experience in IHOP but this place was great. From the server to the food, everything was fine. Maybe we just went in on a good day.

I never said that I wish I could give 0 stars for a business and I never quite understood people who said that. Then I had to experience this horse shit. If it wasn’t for the fact that my pregnant fiancé was craving a Cajun pasta and the only effing place that I was able to get that at 2222 hours… I would’ve had taken my money else where and gladly eat somewhere else and save an hour and half of my damn life. It first started off by them hanging up on me twice while being on hold for about 5 minutes each. Then I was on hold for 12 minutes on my 3rd call when I said this was bull**** and drove down to place an order. Then we waited another 20 minutes before we were even able to place an order, another 10 minutes to grab a beer while I wait, then another 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food to come out. What a horrendous experience it has been

I see why this place has two stars. The bartender took a while to greet us. So the bartender we had smelled funny, like he went to the gym and than straight to work. My nose is super sensitive lol. Don’t judge me. Anywho, we ordered some wings, pot stickers, and the crown Apple coolers. The drinks were good, and the food was hot. The reason why I’m giving them three stars is because the bartender forgot about us. Luckily, Ms. Lexis was there to rescue us. It was nice to talk to her. She gave the experience that a person going to a happy hour should have. It didn’t hurt she was from my hometown. So in a nutshell, he sucked and she was awesome. We would still come back, but hopefully Lexis is there.

Food was good but service at the bar was terrible. They try and rush you out at a rediculous pace. Offer you dessert while you’re still eating. Give you your check while you have a full beer. Not worth coming back.

I too, like a few other Unilocalers, have and currently work in a restaurant. I was looking for a place to have my lunch before going to work and TGIF popped up as one of the first in the search. Because this place has a 2-star rating, I wanted to give it a try to see what the fuss is about. I am giving a rating of 4 stars just because the host was super nice. Although I waited at the door about 3 minutes for the host to sit someone else that was in line before me :-) I was attended to with a smile and a warning. I was told that while I would be seated immediately, my food might take longer than usual to arrive. I asked what the delay would be and I was told about 20 – 25 which to me, seemed very reasonable on a day where the parking lot seemed full and the restaurant and bar looked quite full. Because I was a given a warning about my food delay and because maybe the 20 minutes delay might turn into 40 I thanked the host and walked away. I would definitely comeback when I have a good hour to myself, unfortunately today, I’m on my way to work so I guess I’ll eat for free at work instead.

The bar area smells like thrown up beer and bleach. Please do us all a favor and figure out how to get rid of the smell. While waiting in a take out order it made me want to vomit.

Never fails at this location that my well done steak is bloody or the service is lacking. This is written while I’m sitting watching everyone at my table eating for the past 15 minutes. Imagine how happy I am.

Came in at 4:15pm with my ma and little sister and was surprised at the service(especially after I read the other reviews on this location AFTER already sat at my booth). I’ve been to other TGI Friday’s and this is the best out of all. My server was great. He seems very genuine and courteous(Why can’t I remember his name??? He needs major kudos. Anyway, he was a slim dude with dark hair.) I asked for a replacement(side salad instead of fries) for my burger and my ma, as always, asked for substitutions in her burgers and we got what we ordered. Finished of our meal with Tennessee Whiskey Cake and it was delicious. We weren’t rushed to pay and get out either, which is the norm at the FairLake TGI that I used to go to often.

I give them one star because I can’t give them zero stars! Worst place ever. It took us 2 hours to have dinner and we didn’t even get desert. They really need to get there S together cause this place is horrible. Last time is visited them was about 2 years ago and there is a reason for that. I will not return for at least another 2 years in hopes they get there S together. Mean while, we watched our waitress mop floors in the kitchen while our food took forever to get our table. More waitresses and waiters then what they need to have because they were not busy at all. Obviously not enough cooks because the food took so long to come out that I wish we had just gone somewhere else. End of story service is terrible and the manager just doesn’t give a S about the customers! Maybe one day we can have TGI Fridays everyone raves about, but until thin… Avoid this place at all possibilities!

The worst TGIF spot I ever been to. I had the ribs and they were dry and not season well. My kids did not enjoy their food also. They need to shut this restaurant down. Not a good spot.
