The customer service is piss poor, from both the Director Karen and from my consultant Jocelyn. There is definitely a need for additional training opportunities for the both of them. I was apart of this program for 2 weeks and will not be returning. The extremely long wait for just a check in and to pick up food makes me want to run back to the grocery store and just shop and cook my own food. It took 2 ½ hours just to do this. Jocelyn is simply not qualified for the job and they need people who actually know what they are doing. She is very incompetent. I have contacted Corporate to report this, and to cancel, and I’m supposed to be getting a call from the Regional Director. I was told up to 48 hours so today would be the deadline for that. The food, let’s not even talk about it, because it’s simply not that great and you will be starving. It’s extremely expensive and not worth it at all. This place is a horrible center with bad customer service, consultants who could care less if you ever return, and are simply not knowledgeable about the program, and food that is way overpriced! Myself and another person joined together and we won’t be back!!! Do better Jenny Craig! This place sucks!!! Try Weight Watchers, DONOTGOHERE.

They are a great service with helpful staff members to achieve your goals on weight loss. It may cost a lot($ 100 a week at 30% discount), but it’s worth it. I’ve went from 260 pounds to 206 pounds and still going down after 9 months. True we all have our ups and downs, but that’s from our average times we cheat on our diets with fun. Other JC stores have started to restructure except this one which I’m grateful for and they honor my times I always show up at 6:30 in the morning every Saturday.
