We ate here randomly one night ordered delivery food came in a timely manner and was quite tasty. We decided to eat there a second time and took our food home so I got this vinegar pepper relish stuff that I totally love! As a cheesesteak fan I have to say it better than the place in the mall by 1000 food wise however it is an old place and looks kinda icky just because it’s old more than anything. It could do with a face lift AND posting their full menu from the website indoors. We ordered delivery online the first time so we went in expecting to see the same menu. Otherwise the place is alright and we continue to eat there without issue.

Terrible, run down, over priced, dirty place with a rude Asian owner who does not give a damn. It that enough? I asked him if this place was his, he totally ignored my question. I hope this place caves in as soon as possible. The foot long sub is $ 12.95??? And no decent veggies. Awful place!!! AVOID

My first time going here. It wasn’t dirty and no one was rude, I didn’t have any interactions with an «Asian manager».
I ordered a small cheesesteak ultimate and it’s SMALL. I got double meat and cheese, I can’t imagine what a normal one is like. My sandwich is cold and all bread. There’s one slice of tomato on here and it takes up most of the sandwich. Absolutely No flavor, but edible.
definitely go to jersey mikes if you want a philly cheese steak in Woodbridge.

First and last time I am coming to this joint. They gave us a set of used/​dirty paper plates and when I asked for clean ones, the manager (balding Chinese) guy got an attitude with me. Asked me to wait so he can go buy more. PWC health department needs to inspect this place. I am sure it is going to fail miserably! It actually doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Very dirty restaurant and is staffed usually by high school kids. Service at the counter for a to go order was fine and the steak n cheese sub was alright. this place could def use better management and cleanliness.

I was craving a cheesesteak and called Jerry’s on my way home to place a to go order. The girl that picked up was rude and sounded like she just woke up, no energy at all. So I ordered my food and after she told me my bill was $ 11 I asked her about the special that’s advertised on Jerry’s website for $ 8.99. She started getting a attitude about it and said it’s only for the pepper jack cheese not provolone. So I told her pepper jack cheese would be fine and she got a bigger attitude and said okay and hung up on me. I was shocked at getting hung up on, if they don’t want to offer the special then why would they advertise it on their website. Needless to say I didn’t pick up my food because of the horrible service and called pizza gourmet instead for my craving. The only Jerry’s I will ever eat at is the one inside the mall, this one sucks with horrible staff and management.

Don’t order for delivery if your hungry! I placed a order for deliver around 230 on a Saturday my food was finally delivered an hour and a half later. Mind you, I literally live walking distance. As for the food their pizza was delicious, wasn’t to impressed with the Philly cheese steak (Nothing to run home about). I think I would only order again just for the fried Jalapeños!

The four stars are for the Philly cheesesteaks. We always get the Philly cheesesteak subs, and this is our favorite place to get them, both my husband and myself. Very tasty and a higher quality than some other local places. I recently also ordered pick up, and it was ready when I got there, just as they said. The people were friendly, and the Philly cheesesteak has not disappointed yet.

There isn’t much in here, it looks like a episode from the walking dead. It was dead. No customers were inside, there were barely any employees and it was just awful. The food took a while to be made and when it came out, it was covered in oil and was still a bit cold.

Decent subs but nothing special. Pizza is less than average a little above frozen pizza, but my 11 and 15 year old daughters seem to enjoy it. Crispy chicken salad is decent but nothing special. The best thing about this spot is their fires always offer a generous serving. Stay away from the men’s bathroom it’s totally disgusting. The sink is falling off of the wall. Appears to be clean but the room has a lingering disgusting odor of filth. A more presentable men’s bathroom would have earned 3 stars.

It’s just OK at best. Sub sandwiches are pretty good. But I cannot recommend their hamburger. Cheap meat with too much grease. Quite a gut-​bomb. And for $ 5 for a single burger is over-​priced. McDonald’s tastes better. The service at this particular location wasn’t very good. The two young men there acted like they could care less about anything.
