Pizza has always been one of my favorite pizza places in the United States I wish they bring back the pre –out so(spelled wrong) pie from the mid late 80’s Wings are great if you get them, cooked well done.

Every time an hour + after I order they show up and every time they either get the order wrong or forget something so it takes another hour to get it right… And someone needs to teach them how to ring a door bell, they either bang on the door like it is a home invasion or stand out side and stare at the door and complain how long it takes for me to answer! I my doorbell works great they just refuse to use it…

I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. Ordered 2 stuffed crusts pizza via the app. Headed over after 20 minutes and order was not ready. They said only 5 more minutes. Went to the grocery store and came back and no one was at the front to greet. After 10 minutes someone came from the back and told me my order would be out soon. I get a call to my cell phone and they tell me they are out of pineapple for my pizza order?! All while I’m outside the store and I see an employee carry over a huge dirty can of pineapples over to the Jerrys subs and pizza next door and comes back out with it open. At that point I tell them to just cancel my order. This place looks very unhygienic and the management must be non existent. Avoid!

NEGATIVE5 stars! Service here is awful!!! It took 50 minutes to get our carryout order. RIDICULOUS!!! This is the second time this has happened at this location. First time, shame on you Pizza Hut; second time, shame on me! There won’t be a third! No offer of a discount or anything. Apparently, the manager here feels that this service is acceptable. Oh, and then they didn’t get the complete order right. Stay away from this location. Go to the one on Hoadly.

So annoyed with this location. I give up. I’d rather order pick up from a better store and pick it up than ever order from this location again. Why offer specialty crusts if you’re not even going to use them when customers order them?! Time and time and time again, they have totally forgotten about my specialty crust order. I know it’s a free pizza option, but why offer it if you never use it? You may well levee off the pepperoni if customers order it. Also, they often substitute a different type of two liter if they dint have what I ordered. I always order Pepsi, but they will typically bring a diet Pepsi if regular Pepsi isn’t available. Rather than call me and ask me if I want a refund, they give me a drink that I would never have walked into any other store and paid my money for. Order from here and expect less than quality customer service.

I have given them numerous chances but they always mess my order up. And then they don’t even care. I love Pizza Hut overall but this location is horrible. They will literally make your food without all the ingredients then tell you when you pick up/deliver that they didn’t have the ingredients so they just left them off. Seriously, are you kidding me? I’m not using this location anymore.

tonight was the first time we have ordered Pizza Hut in a LONG time. We have lived in Va 16 years and this was the first time trying it out. my husband HAD to have the new pretzel crust. Well, my son said it was okay. I ordered the large pretzel crust with pepperoni, a regular crust pepperoni and meatball, an order of wings and breadsticks. I called at 7:09pm and received the order at 8:26pm. An hour and 17 minutes? when I was told 45 – 55 minutes. REALLY? the ONLY part of the order that was hot were the wings. The breadsticks were lukewarm and the pizza was slightly below lukewarm.(meaning colder than lukewarm). when I called to find out where the order was(at 8:17pm) the guy on the phone was nice, but basically they didn’t have enough drivers for the amount of deliveries they had. Maybe they should OVER estimate the delivery time, then you might be surprised when you get it sooner. will NOT be ordering from here again. I will go back to Papa John’s.

THISISTHEWORSEPLACETOORDERFROM!!! I have tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt but they fail every time. The first encounter I ordered a meat lovers for pick up seeing as though it was a Friday and delivery time is usually 2 hours. When I pick up my order I checked it before leaving and it was just CHEESE! The manager told me after I mentioned my order was incorrect that they were out of meat! The second encounter on a Saturday, I called to order and was informed they weren’t taking any order for the evening(wth?!). Last encounter(tonight), I called to order two pies and the person on the other line told me they’re out of cheese! I’m completely DONE with this location and Pizza Hut all together.

If I could leave a zero star review of this place, I absolutely would. Their customer service is deplorable, our order is CONSISTENTLY wrong, and any order, be in delivery or carry out, is without fail at least half an hour to an hour and half later than the promised wait time. Tonight we ordered there for the last time. We ordered carry out and I was sent to pick it up. The girl at the counter didn’t even check if our order was ready-not once in the forty five minutes I sat there. Other people(some of whom had ordered fifteen minutes ago from home or had walked in and ordered at the counter long after I’d been there) received their order before I heard, «Oh yeah, is XXX here? We have your pizza.» Apparently it had been sitting for quite a while, because when I got it, it was ice cold. The order was also so far from right it could have belonged to someone else entirely. Sauces were flipped, the drizzle was on the wrong pizza, and apparently«on half» requests are a joke to them because the pizza was COVERED in every topping, disreguarding requests all together. Furthermore, they didn’t even play at cutting the pizza. I’m used to them barely skimming the top of the cheese with the cutter to make it appear as though they sliced it and putting it in the box, but tonight neither pizza even had slice marks of any kind. They literally tossed our pizzas unsliced into the box, left them to get cold, and THEN called our names with«Oh yeah» like it was some kind of afterthought. If you want to get your money’s worth, DONOT order from this pizza hut. They are consistently wrong, your order will ALWAYS be late, and if you try to get it fixed-ie, when we had someone allergic to something they put on the pizza unsolicited and asked for it to be replace-they will laugh and say, «Well you ordered it, that’s not our problem.» This place is despicable-but the Papa John’s on Jefferson Davis Highway is fantastic. If you want pizza, drive the few extra minutes and get your pizza elsewhere.

So, I did an online order today though the mobile site. Called the store for an add on to the order and was informed by the manager that there was no order in the system. When I tried to provide my order confirmation number, I was informed by Glen(the manager) that even with the confirmation number he couldn’t pull up my order. He didn’t even ask me my name, address, phone number… nothing, so that he may look it up another way. When I checked my bank account I saw a pending charge from Pizza Hut for the exact amount on my email with the confirmation number. When I asked Glen where my pizza is since obviously he has this order since I was charged, he HUNGUPONME. When I called back, I was put on hold for 9 minutes, when Glen came back on the line, I asked for the contact information to the District Manager since I need to deal with getting the charge reversed, and guess what, he asked me to call him back in 20 minutes so he could ‘research it.’ Glen didn’t ask for my name, phone number, address, order information… NOTHING, yet he was still going to ‘research it.’ I asked Glen for the District Manager’s information a second time… he refused and told me to call back in 20 minutes. Again, I stated that I wanted the District Manager’s information and he HUNGUPAGAIN! I am furious with this location. This is not the first time that this has occured with this location and we will NEVER be ordering from them again. UPDATE: As I was typing this, we get a ring at the doorbell, lo and behold it is Pizza Hut. I called Glen back to discuss what happened and get this, he finally asked me my phone number so he could look up the order. How was he supposed to research it if he didn’t even have my information? When I said to Glen, ‘That’s funny, NOW you want my information?’ HEHUNGUPAGAIN! We are done with this location and Pizza Hut as a whole. I wish I could give this place less than one star because of their disgusting behaviors and disgusting customer service.

This locations pizza has gone done hill. Every time I want to have delivery it’s always well over an hour. And if I attempt to pick it up its not ready either. And when I speak to management they say they are over busy and too many deliveries. Maybe the manager should step up and deliver or get more drivers.

Redeemed $ 10 credit tonight on pizza. Got credit from last order due to wings being under cooked. When I picked up pizza tonight another customer was returning their pizza for a replacement. Why I’m not surprised. This is the last time I order from here. The food quality has fallen. The clerk told us she gets a lot of complaints. I advised her I’m not coming back. I’ve ordered a log from this spot over the past 10yrs. Good riddance.

This Pizza Hut Is Just Horrible. There crust is old and stale! They take forever for carry-out. 15 min? Pshhhhh No!!! more like 27 min to be precise. There pizza sucks period.

–In the past, delivery at this location can be very slow at times. I don’t know about now, because I get carry out. –Yes, with the entire Pizza Hut chain, extra cheese is extra and not considered a topping. I find this off putting about ordering pizza at Pizza Hut b/c everywhere else you can choose extra cheese as a topping. –With what I just said above, I rarely order pizza anymore from here unless I get sent a really good online coupon. I come for the sides and P’Zone. The last two times I came, I was: (1.) In and out with my food real quick. (2.) the other time, it took them forever to find my order, though it was correct(can’t say that about most other Pizza Huts) –On one occasion, I spoke to the manager. This is obviously a person who does not know what he is doing. I had a 20% off coupon, but the website was not working right as it did not feature all items from there menu on it. I called the manager about honoring my coupon. He said to e-mail it to him. I did so immediately. He said he couldn’t see the coupon. I checked my sent messages to make sure I did it correctly. I did. He DIDNOT honor the coupon I was sent via e-mail from Pizza Hut. This process took over an hour. I ordered Chinese instead. –As I said, I have enjoyed the sides such as the P’Zone, the cheese sticks, the chocolate dipping sticks, the wings, the pasta, etc. With the pasta though, if you want MARINARA with the bread sticks, you need to order this separately. On the website, they need to make mention of the fact that marinara does not come with bread sticks when ordered with pasta. As a customer, this can be confusing, because when ordered buy itself, marinara comes with it.

I normally don’t mind Pizza Hut and even though I’ve had some top-notch pizza from other places I still enjoy an occasional delivery from one of the big chains. We’ve had decent pizza and wings from this particular location before. Tonight was a huge miss though… one of the worst pizzas I’ve had anywhere. It took over and hour and a half to get here and was soggy and cold and somehow the crust seemed undercooked. There were large bare spots with no toppings, cheese or sauce whatsoever, and I mean nearly whole slices that were toppingless. The only thing giving it a second star is that the wings were alright as usual but our order was missing condiments that were asked for. We’ll try it again on nights when we don’t feel like cooking or fighting traffic for dinner, so hopefully this time was a misstep.

My family hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a while, but were lured back with the $ 6.55 large 1 topping pizza special. I ordered by phone two pies. The first was half pepperoni and half extra-cheese and the other was half sausage and half ham. At any other pizza place, this is two one topping pizzas. The order taker quoted me full/regular price and instead of arguing, I brought in the advertisement when I picked up the pizzas. They refused to honor the promotion saying that«extra cheese is not a topping. Only meats and veggies are toppings». I asked for clarification because I never heard that before. They charged me $ 12 for this pizza and $ 10 for the second. I argued that the second pizza definitely qualified as one topping. After going back and forth and almost walking out telling them to keep the pizza, I ended up being charged $ 17-$ 18 instead of $ 13.10. After getting the pizza home, the pizzas had very little sauce or cheese except for the side with the extra cheese. This side had what most places would consider a regular portion of cheese. The pizzas were dry and not very tasty. My kids even went as far as to call it «nasty». I followed up via an online survey and corporate informed me that they would take my feedback to the store for training purposes and resolution. The store manager or area manager(I forget which) sent me a form letter stating this was not their normal customer service and would love for us to come back so they could earn our business. The letter was obviously a form letter and was very impersonal. There was also no goodwill on their part in terms of offers of a refund, buy one get one, free pizza, or anything. Nothing that showed they were willing to make an investment in a long term customer relationship. Aside from the wings which I have always enjoyed, the pizza and customer service at this branch in slow, unfriendly, and the quality of the product does the Pizza Hut brand a huge disservice. With so many choices in our area for quality pizza, there is no reason to return.

Bleh. WORST Pizza Hut ever. We prefer PH over Domino’s, but no longer order it since moving to Woodbridge because this PH is just awful. Pizza almost always arrives cold, drivers are late, pizza is tasteless and kind of pre-package flavored. Sad :-(Every time we give it another chance, hoping it will be different, we end up sorely disappointed.

Just want to say, this a great Pizza Hut location. Granted I live within 2 miles, on average from clicking order online to guy at my door is usually under/around 15 minutes.
