McDonald’s

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds locations ever. I’ve been to this McDonalds on several different occasions because it’s very close to where I live and they NEVER get your order right. Either it’s wrong completely or they forget something and I’m forced to take a trip back to get what was forgotten. On one occasion that I went to this McDonalds I asked for them to make the nuggets fresh because I was headed to Springfield and wouldn’t be eating until I got there… I was polite in asking and they weren’t busy at all. I also told them that I didn’t mind pulling up or coming inside to wait if I needed to. As soon as I got to the window they handed me my bag. My first job was McDonalds and I know it takes longer than 30 seconds to make nuggets. So I handed the bag back to the guy and told him I asked for the nuggets to be cooked fresh. He took the bag and asked me to pull up. Instead of waiting in my car I got out and went inside and waited to eliminate them from having to bring it outside. They clearly didnt realize i had come inside because I watched the grill cook take the nuggets that was originally given to me out of the box and throw them back in the grease… then boxed them back up and they brought them to me. At this point I’m livid. I asked to speak to a manager and she argues with me that the cook didn’t do what I saw her do. I asked for my money back because the time it took for them to fake it like they made the nuggets they could have just done what I requested in the first place. The employees at this location with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 are always rude. They practically throw your food out the window and close the window and walk away before making sure everything is okay. If you can stay away from this location.

I ordered exactly what we wanted and needed and they didn’t do what I asked for. I have been to some fast food joints where they are incredible with customer service and giving you what you need (ex: restaurant that serves Chiken). This place is run down and the employees didn’t really care too much and it showed. I ended up walking in the lobby and requesting condiments I asked for from the beginning and the window server just had handed me my bag and quickly closed the window.

This location is a bit suspect and near some strip malls where there isn’t much going on. I came through the driveway for breakfast and it moved fairly fast. The worker seemed nice enough and the food was as good as McDonalds can be.

Nothing fancy, just your typical McDonalds. This location has an indoor playground. Never a problem with service.

Been here about 10 times over the last year and a half … worst McDonald’s anywhere! Go to another one.
