Came her the other day and I went thru drive thru and we had a terrible person taking our order. First of all, she was absolutely rude. I understand you work at a minimum wage job and it’s terrible, that doesn’t mean you should be treating your customers bad. Second, she had the thickest accent and I swear she had somethin growing out of her ears because she couldn’t understand anything I was saying! Please, don’t have these people take order, let them do something else hat doesn’t involve them communicating with the customers. As I drive up to get my food, she completely gets my order wrong and gives me the wrong food. I let it go but my friend was not that forgiving. My friend straight up taught her a lesson as he was yelling at her. The worker straight up ran away as tears were streaming down her eyes

I’m not a fan of this location since they renovated it and made it smaller! The staff is ruder & slower! I went one day & got a burger & they didn’t give me a bun. How hard is that?! The staff has no sense of urgency it’s like they don’t want to be there at all. They also get stingy with the napkins smh. A women with 4 children & they only gave her 2 napkins!!! That’s realistic

Every single time I used the drive-thru, they messed up my order. Not one or twice but about 5 or 6 times. I don’t have a problem when I go into the establishment. I think I am just done with this place even though it is right down the street.

Meh. Food order is accurate 85% of the time. And my nemesis Sari(scary ass white lady who looks like a 85 y/o meth addict) always asks ‘on the screen is your order correct’ like a robot. Even when I ordered a single item. Then she must have trained everyone else. They don’t ask this with as much frequency at other locations. Its convenient for me but I prefer all the other locations. This one must be last on the remodel list
