They left us in the drive through for 20 minutes and still got our order wrong. nothing was done to rectify the situation.

Heathsville, VA
Up-​charged for breakfast without asking, AND the order was wrong. They should have wrappers labeled so you don’t have to open everything before you leave the drive thru. What I actually ordered cost more than what I got, so they stuck it to me both ways. Too bad I was 10 miles away before I realized.
