Usually my boyfriend and I grab a late bite from this Wendy’s and have no trouble at all. This evening the women taking care of the drive thru seemed to be distracted had us repeat the order three times, and kept laughing for no reason. She didn’t ask if we wanted a S, M, L for our order. I can’t even verify if I was charged correctly, because no receipt was given. Same lady kept insisting about a frosty key chain after I said no 3 times again. Finally when food was given she was very rude. I will not let this one visit stop me from going but defiantly hope she isn’t at the drive thru window.

there was a cooked bug in my mims potato! we sent it back and this spanish girl laughed and was talking in her language. i lit in to her and got my money back!

Today was a bit busier than usual, which is a good thing! Counter staff is always friendly, especially Seyda (sorry if I spelled it wrong), you and your team mates are the friendliest bunch I have come across in a fast food establishment — you actually should be on the wall of coworkers of the month! The General Manager, Mohammad is always friendly greeting!
