McDonald’s

Every time I go to a McDonald’s is usually the same bad experience… but on ⁷⁄₁₈ when my son wanted a happy meal, and my husband a strawberry lemonade.. I decided to give McDonald’s a chance since they had been advertising their new lemonade on TV. so… to start it all the cashier didn’t know where her kids menu was on the screen and the person preparing my order didn’t know how to make the lemonade, I checked my receipt and I was over charged for my order when I asked the cashier she was so rude to give me the money she had overcharged me… anyway, after I asked for some ketchup the rude lady who gave me my order pointed at the ketchup pumps on the counter at the same time saying that there were no packets. I said: that’s fine but at least can I have a little container” this lady was awful making me wait for it on purpose and gave me just one.. a few minutes later I go back to get some more ketchup and I see the cashier handing out ketchup packets to other customers. a few minutes earlier I had been told there were none, this made me upset and I asked for the manager to mention my experience, to my surprise the manager was the rude lady who told me there was no ketchup packets. … I will be forwarding my complaint to her managers and of course on their website
