Got a tuna wrap. Barely any tuna in it. Don’t come here. See picture. I told the guy working there and he just said its in there that’s how its made. Obv he doesn’t care he’s making wage just standing there. Dont go to Great Wraps.

After an entire weekend of rude, incompetent, and lazy customer service in DC, it was a breath of fresh air to be served here. The workers were all very friendly and good at suggestively selling their food. When I asked if certain things were gluten free, they went the extra mile to bring out the ingredients list for me to look over. The lines got a little busy and they made two customers’ smoothies before mine so they gave me a medium smoothie for the price of a small to make up for the wait. I was impressed and would return again.

I don’t usually review fast-food chains, but finally there’s a «healthier» food court option at Potomac Mills — it should be noted! I got the Chipotle Chicken Wrap on a spinach tortilla — nothing fancy or amazing(I mean, it’s just a wrap), but the ingredients were fresh and the portion size was filling. I liked the roasted bell peppers, onions and melty pepper jack cheese. The lady in front of me got a yummy-looking salad served in a tortilla bowl. They also have paninis, gyros, and not-so-healthy alternatives like cheesesteaks, loaded fries, and chicken strips… really, something for everyone. The staff here is friendly as well. I think this is a good addition for those who prefer lighter and«healthier» menu options. I usually steer clear from food courts but now that there’s a place without all the grease, I won’t mind coming here for a quick bite to eat if necessary during a long day of shopping.
