I felt like I was in a public health facility receiving free health care based on how I was treated. It was a new patient appt and we arrived early. I walked up to the receptionist and she looks at me flatly and say«not yet». I said«not yet, what? We’re checking in». She said«oh, I though you were asking how much longer». That tells me she’s accustomed to running behind schedule, even at 9 a.m. They ultimately turned us away because we were not able to get the shot record from his previous doctor in time for the initial appt. This wasn’t a school physical or anything — just a visit to discuss an issue with my son. Completely inflexible. She said if we could get it in the next 15 min. we would still be seen. I should have listened to the negative online reviews but I wanted to give this place a chance and it disappointed in every way. NOT recommended. Again, I felt as if I were receiving free health care the way I was treated. Like I owed them something for there time other than the bill I would have had to pay.

Wonderful friendly staff. All of the Doctors and NP are great. They take their time to listen and answer all questions. Normally the wait time to be seen is less than 10 minutes which is wonderful having two little ones.

Dr. Hanna is fantastic! She’s thorough, engaging and spent a lot of time asking my girls questions today during their check ups. I came in to have their sports physicals, and although there is a $ 10 charge per document to be filled out, it’s worth it. We never felt rushed. Everyone at this practice is super friendly. I highly recommend them if you are in the area.

I had a friend refer me here, I thoroughly read all of the Doctor and Nurse Practitioner about them areas. Our son has moderate asthma and some severe food allergies. I found Dr. Mona Hannah, She was the only doctor who specializes in dermatology and asthma. Our son usually does pretty well with Doctors and office visits. He seemed to take to her pretty well. The nurse said he was due for a combination shot, that was done without any tears. I think I’m more apprehensive then he is at the doctors. The first time we went everything seemed to go pretty smoothly, I didn’t realize that once the procedures are completed you walk yourself out so embarrassed we stayed in the room for nearly another 45 minutes after our appointment, but I don’t blame the staff, I simply assumed we were going to be walked out. I usually schedule all appointments early in the morning such as 8:00am or 8:30am and am seen before or on time. We were in there the other day for a wellness check up visit, They mentioned to me at the previous appointment that at this check up he would need his last dosage of certain vaccinations, Four Individual Injections, I can’t say I was pleased, Thankfully, Dad brought him in that day… They were quick and easy according to my son and husband. No tears once again, They gave him a bunch of goodies(Toys) on the way out for taking the shots like a big boy! I only have one complaint, Dr. Mona Hannah recommends the Flu Shot, as a personal preference I refuse this shot, for a few reasons, One, Raw Egg Based Flu Shots, that would end up sending my child into the ER due to a food allergy. Second, The Flu Shot I personally feel is not needed. Anyways, Overall I recommend this practice.
