I have always enjoyed their food. I have been a regular customer and nor once I have had any problems. I guess people only like leaving negative reviews. I live in Woodbridge and I have had pizzas from papa john, dominos, pizza hut but due to the quality and taste of food I always find Pizza Bolis better.

I’ll get to the food in a bit… First, I have to talk about how they delivered and prepared the food. I was impressed. I was staying at a hotel so I had them deliver chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, and BBQ wings. I was told 45min and it came very hot in about 20. The chicken parm came cut up(I’m used to seeing a full chicken breast) and on top of the dish was included two paper plates. This was fantastic because when your traveling, you don’t have plates and utensils. Thanks! Now the food: chicken parm was fantastic! Spaghetti was fantastic, and the wings were great too. I only have one complaint… You only got 3 pieces of garlic bread for each dish. Now, they give you a large portion of food so, the bread needs to match the plate. Try eating an entire portion of chicken parm with 3 little things of bread… It sucks, you will want more. Overall, I’m shocked other reviews are so low. If they were bad at one time, they have changed.

Great pizza and wings. I love their thin crust and their prices are great. I have order from this place at least once a month. Great pizza spot.

We ordered a thin-crust«meal buster» with green olives instead of black. It arrived hot, and it was the best delivered pizza we’ve had since moving to Belmont Bay. Worth noting is the sauce which was nicely seasoned with garlic and tasted very fresh. The correct amount was used, not too much — just enough to lend a tomato flavor, and to let the toppings shine. It was excellent.

I ordered the Maryland Style Crab Pizza. I had to have it and wanted to love it. The salty seasoning was so heavy it was inedible. Yuck!

I just ordered from this place. Not only did it take them over an hour to drive 0.3 miles, but the driver didn’t even come to my door. By the time it got here, our food was cold and hard. The driver couldnt understand a word i was saying, forgot part of my order, and when he brought back what he forgot, it turned out to be the wrong thing. I will never be ordering from this place again, needless to say. Totally not worth it whatsoever.

Shocked to read the terrible reviews. Was told delivery would take 40 – 45 mins and food was here, piping hot in about 25 mins. Once the food was sampled, I said«well they’re getting a good Unilocal review.» BF got white pizza with pepperoni. Omg it smells so good. There is a sprinkling of oregano all over it. I got a gyro and side salad with ranch and(!!!) Grape soda. My gyro was great. Not amazing or super authentic but the flavor is great, sauce was plentiful(which was awesome bc I forgot to ask for extra) and veggies were fresh. I’m hoping this becomes our reg pizza stop because I am so sick of Dominos and haven’t found anything good around here yet.

I order Crab Pizza and my wife pick it up. At home we realize that pizza it’s uncooked with raw toppings and crust. When I called manager, he denied that we order this pizza from his place and tried to convince me that I’ve ordered somewhere else. After while, he finally admit it, that we ordered from them and told me to bring pizza back, so he can check what is wrong with it. That was a it 30 minutes later after my wife get raw pizza home. He was very rude and yelled at me over the phone. He said, that if there is something wrong with their pizza, they will make another one for me. After this experience who would risk to get another one from this place ?! Expensive, bad customer service and raw pizza. Save yourself headache and buy somewhere else. I would give zero… For over the phone manager treating me !

No cheese, no toppings, expensive cardboard! No thanks! I paid for extras and it still came up short!

Sometimes you just grab something that is fast, though it is not your favorite. Pizza is ok, nothing to write home about. It was good for a quick night snack. They do need to be a little more clean at this place.

Every time I order it’s perfect, I love these guys, they really care about the customers and their food is super delicious. This is the only pizza place I order from.

Terrible. Just terrible. I will start with the positive, Pizza Boli’s delivers Dr. Pepper. That’s cool because most pizza places don’t. Okay that’s about all the positive things there are to say about Pizza Boli’s. Now for the negatives, all of them. Firstly delivery time, it took about an hour to get my medium pepperoni pizza on a Thursday night. So not a particularly busy night for pizza nor a typically super busy time, I ordered around 830. So that was a bummer. The pizza itself looked like something out of a frozen pizza box. A really cheap frozen pizza. It just looked unremarkable in every way. Also I wondered if they had forgotten my pepperoni as Pizza Boli’s puts their toppings under the cheese which isn’t a bad thing when you use a proper amount. At Pizza Boli’s though they use the whole bag on a single pie. I was surprised that some of the flavor of the pepperoni was able to reach my taste bud’s, and that accomplishment was the one redeeming thing about the whole taste experience. The sauce was scarce leaving the pizza a dry desert of dough and cheese. I actually threw out the other half of the pizza, and I hate wasting food. Now as for the delivery guy. The poor guy. He seemed so sad. Perhaps the Pizza Boli crowd is tough or perhaps he knew this would be the first and last time he brought food to my doorstep. Whatever the case I don’t have the answers and I genuinely hope things work out for him. If you decide to ignore my review and eat at Pizza Boli’s anyway please take care of your delivery guy.

This location left an ad wrapped up on my door handle right before a rainstorm. Their ad got wet and, when I took it off the door handle, damaged the paint on my door. I am sick and tired of companies littering my property and my neighborhood. I will NEVER support this place and will make sure my friends/neighbors/relatives never support them either.

The pizza was gross… the cheese was tasteless and the sauce was bland. They not only got my order wrong(i asked for a slice of cheesecake and got applepie instead), but it was a pre-packaged individually wrapped and still frozen piece of apple pie that 7⁄11 carries. i wasn’t expecting much, but i’ll make sure to order from astoria or lake ridge pizzaria next time

I’ve eaten at this location of Boli’s many times, both pickup and delivery. The pizza is always pretty good, especially for a chain, and quite consistent. As a lover of real pizza — i.e. either a very thin crust or a true Chicago deep dish — I always get the thin crust. Boli’s thin crust is very crispy, but lacks the chewiness characteristic of a New York style crust. They usually do a square cut on their thin crust, so you will have to ask if you want a regular pie cut. Both the cheese and sauce are quite good and usually the right amount. I have never had any of the sides like wings or breadsticks. I have picked up several times, and the store is always clean. The staff are generally friendly, and oftentimes the managers will go out of their way to make sure your pizza is right before you walk out the door. Although I have only had Boli’s from this one location, it is possibly the best chain pizza I have ever had, and definitely worth trying.
