Apparently when you order online the wait time indicator isn’t accurate. According to the store, the app/online tracker doesn’t like to say any more than 40 minutes. Our order actually took an hour and twenty minutes. When I called to inquire about the status, the person on the phone couldn’t care less. Misleading information and bad customer service. And then they messed up my order. Guess I’ll be ordering from Papa John’s or ZPizza. Anywhere but this Dominos.

I’m a little bit confused by this location. I have received some great service over the years from this location but recently I had one of the worst experiences I have had with a restaurant/carry out ever. So I ordered two large two-topping pizzas and some chicken wings online. It sounds simple enough right? Well not really. There was a bad storm going on during the time and it apparently knocked out their ordering system so they were struggling to handle the orders. As a result, when they delivered my order, it was completely wrong. Instead I got a large cheese pizza, two medium three topping pizzas and chicken wings. The kicker is though, the two medium pizzas were not even cut!!! How do you not cut pizza? I digress. So I called the store, and spoke to the«assistant manager» Mandy and she apologized, said they were struggling to get the orders together because of their system and that she will give me a store credit. I told her, no, you need to give me my money back. She said okay, she will do that and give you a store credit. She said my order will be canceled so the payment won’t go through. Well a week later the payment has processed, there is no store credit and no communication of what’s happening. What have I learned from this? There is some extremely poor training going on here. There are some simple things that could have been done to avoid this nonsense. Number 1, stop making ridiculous excuses. It makes you look insincere, unprofessional and not willing to accept responsibility for your actions. Your system has nothing to do with the poor quality of your pizza(the pizza was not good at all) or the fact that you didn’t even cut the pizza!!! Number 2, If your system is down, then how were you even able to know what I ordered? You had to have some way of knowing and even if you aren’t sure, why didn’t you simply call the customers to verify you had the correct order? Or even then, after the pizza was being delivered you could have instructed the drivers to verify with the customer that they received the correct order before they leave. To me it seems like these things are common sense. Number 3, if I spend my money on something at your establishment and you fail to provide what I have ordered, then let me decide what I want to do with my money. Giving me a credit should be an option not a default way of resolving the matter. Can you imagine going somewhere expecting to get a certain thing, not getting that thing, and the business telling you, instead of giving you your money to use the way you want to, I’m going to keep your money so that I can still make money off of you. How ridiculous is this? If you don’t like refunding people’s money, then get the order right! I understand that mistakes are made and people are human but this situation got way worse by the absolutely terrible training and management of this store. I will have to find a new pizza place.

This dominos is super fast and usually spot on with orders. We ordered, admittedly, about 25 mins before they closed one night. I asked for extra cheese, triple mushrooms and regular sauce. What did I get? Barely any mushrooms, literally a light sprinkling of cheese around the outside and a TON on sauce. It was sliding off of the pizza. Turns out this is exactly how I like my pizza now, lol. I love their sauce and that pizza, even if made out of spite, was eye opening. Since then I have placed 3 orders for a pan pizza with extra sauce and NEVER get it. Such a bummer… I know the sauce has to be one of the cheaper items they can add as extra but I really only get normal sauce now when I ask. I may have to try placing another order a half hr before closing ;-) But seriously, other orders are always spot on and the drivers are friendly and professional. I will recommend to anyone new in the area.

I ordered a large thin crust pizza and paid for extra sauce and mushrooms and I received it with no sauce and no extra mushrooms, just cheese and bread. I have attempted to get a refund this for the past 3 weeks, spoke to a supervisor several times and they kept saying they will call me back. I finally called back after waiting several days and the supervisor said she can only give me cash if I come to the store. I can’t come to the store I live 30 miles away and I paid with a credit card not cash. I will not order from this store again, horrible customer service.

I just ordered a pizza from this place tonight. I got bread with no sauce no cheese but the toppings were proper. Wow I felt like I was robbed I even had to heat it up when it came. I hate to feel like this because this is the first time this has happened to me. But this is just too much to ignore. I must say that was the worst pizza I ever had. I used to work in a pizza joint from 05 – 07. I know when a pizza was made well or with little to no care. Good thing is its a lot of pizza spots in Woodbridge. I can not let this happen to me again on a saturday night when a good boxing match is on. This type of stuff can ruin your night.

I always order online, the food is always good, delivery always pretty fast. Unfortunately, the boneless chicken tends to be a bit skimpy, as an 8-piece order tends to have one monster piece and several ridiculously small pieces. Shame really, as the chicken is quite good.

I was never a big fan of Domino’s pizza but this location is slowly winning me over. Now why would I give Domino’s multiple tries if I’m not a fan, man do they have the best pizza deals out of the major chains. So one time on a budget, I give it a whirl and go that wasn’t so bad, and then again, and again, and so forth. Anyways they really have seemed to improve a number of things about their pizza. I really like the new sauce they have, its got a very very slight kick but enough to notice. I’d actually say their sauce is the best of the major chains. The toppings are solid, but no match for the quality of Papa’s or the nostalgia factor of the Hut’s. Their dough is also a step down from their brethren in my opinion, but hey when your paying half as much a couple steps down the quality staircase ain’t a big deal. Overall and describe the pizza as worth the price of admission. Now let’s talk about the other stuff on the menu. The sandwiches are a nice change of pace if you don’t want pizza. I couldn’t see eating one everyday, nor every month, but like once a year and that’d be cool. The bread is somewhat greasy and the toppings can be slim. But for that one time of year when you order it should satisfy. The wings are touted as new and improved, but if these are improved, I shudder to think what the old ones tasted like. These are soggy, undercooked, weird textured, pieces of animal, that make you think I’m eating an animal. It makes you want to sign up for PETA, Domino’s take note: fix your wings again! The pasta dishes aren’t bad if you get them without that ludicrous bread bowls, that and they are actually cheaper. There is enough there for an individual serving and the usually sale them in good deals so you and your co-eaters can each get their own. I personally like to customize. Overall Domino’s seems to be moving in the right direction, a few more years, and they could be on top of their competitors.
