NT Salon

Just left here after a terrible experience. Uneven, thin gel manicure with jagged cuticle. Nails were filed unevenly and I honestly just got tired of asking to have errors corrected. This place was a lot better before new management took over. I’m never coming back here.

I would love to give this place an actual review of their services; unfortunately I haven’t ever been able to get an appointment with them. They’re always unavailable in the evening. ALSO, this evening I call back for like the 6^th time to attempt to schedule something. I mentioned my Unilocal discount, which says $ 10 off services over $ 40 or more. The lady puts me on hold and then another comes on line and tells me the offer is invalid, then another lady puts me on hold to look on Yep and attempt to verify. It’s just always been the run around. After being on the phone with them for about 10 minutes, I just got disgusted and figured if they don’t want my business — why should I spend time trying to go to them? On top of that, they wouldn’t honor their own Unilocal discount. Really, really in awe.

NT salon is by far the best nail salon in the area. T has done my nails twice and has exceeded expectations each time. She is patient and will work with you to get exactly what you want. She is a true artist and by far the best. Everyone at NT is extremely friendly and kind here. Fair pricing and extremely clean atmosphere. I LOVE IT.

I really, really wanted to enjoy my mani/​pedi, especially since I paid $ 90 including tip for it. I used to come here as a teenager, and I was happy to visit. I did not see my usual, she was gone for the day. My gel manicure did not last more than 2 days, and my pedicure was horrible. The girl insisted on not giving me a top coat on my pedicure!!!

I came here because I didn’t have time to drive to my usual place in Springfield. The Spa Pedicure is over priced. I’m used to getting a paraffin treatment and hot stone massage for the same price. It is not any dirtier or cleaner than most nail salons in the area. The main thing I noticed was that this felt like an nail salon for the over 50 crowd. The salon was pretty full and I was the only customer that wasn’t over 50. The girl that did my pedicure was quite rude at times, and did an ok job. She also insisted on pianist my toes before putting my flip flops on. Who does that! Then for polish all over my shoes and had to redo a couple of toes anyway. That all being said I will not be coming back.

I went here on a random saturday, after going into a salon up the street and being completely disgusted. Right away I noticed how clean this place is, which is definitely a plus. I also liked the fact that it wasn’t super loud and packed. There also weren’t a million children running over the place. I got the deluxe pedicure, which was really nice, but I also noticed that it wasn’t much different than the regular pedicure besides this extra lotion they use (not exactly worth it, but hey, you live and you learn). They pay EXTRA attention to your feet here, deluxe pedi or not. The foot massage was really long and nice.
I’ll definitely be going again!

Very disappointed. Just left and I’ve never been more disappointed. Nails are uneven, cuticles weren’t touch, and acrylic wasn’t even put on all parts of my nails. The edges look awful. I will NOT go back!

NT Salon is one of my favorite businesses in Lake Ridge! I use them for manicures, pedicures, waxing, and an occasional facial. The staff is super nice and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I love this place! It’s very special to me because it’s where my grandmother used to get her nails done before she passed away. I use the same nail tech as my grandmother, and T (that’s her name) does a great job every time. Kind of costly but for the service and treatment you get it’s worth the cost!

This is the most amazing nail salon that I have ever been to. It is pricey, but it is completely worth it. They are super clean (a BIG requirement for me) and always polite and professional. They get to know you and remember small things about you to show they are paying attention. They talk to you, not each other. It is definitely worth every penny.

Place is nice and clean but way to expensive! There isn’t even a price list hanging anywhere! The pedicures are really relaxing. This place also caters to an older crowd which shows in their work because their work is really plain and just blah. Not what I was expecting.

I went to NT Nails after reading the great reviews on Unilocal!I went to have a gelish/​shellac manicure. My nails were worked on by Jennifer I believe. I really really wanted to like this place. I want to find a nail place that I love. Unfortunately, this is not it. My gelish looks like a 14 year old painted my nail. I’m so sad. I won’t be back.

By far the best nail salon I’ve been to in the Woodbridge Area. I ended up going to this location on accident thinking I was headed to a more spa like place. No biggie since I had a good experience.
They weren’t pushy with products or up selling me on services. Amber did an excellent job on my mani & pedi making sure I was happy with both. I opted for the shellac/​gel mani & I’ll never have a regular mani again.
Prices were reasonable $ 69 for both the gel mani & standard pedi.
The only bummer about this place is they don’t accept tips on credit cards

(Also… I’m back! This year has been extremely busy… going here, there, and everywhere… doing this, that, and that other thing. from births to weddings to funerals…)
In any case, we went to NT Salon to get some relaxing prettification before my sister’s wedding in Woodbridge. None of us had ever been there before, but one of the bridesmaids had noted that there were glowing reviews on Unilocal (which I actually have not read yet, even as I type this review.)
We were greeted by very friendly people who hied us on to get our spa pedis (of which they have about 6 stations) and manicures (also about 6 stations… I think 6 is a common number). Very friendly and very much hard at work on my embarrassingly rough feet… which she transformed to a softness I haven’t had in forever! (She also recommended that I try to get a pedicure every 2 – 3 weeks to make it better… I never knew that before, and I’ll definitely have to try because I love how it feels!)
In any case, I would definitely be up for returning whenever I’m in Woodbridge and do recommend them!
By the way, if you are going with quite a few friends… you might want to combine your bill to one payment as they do offer a 20% discount after reaching a certain amount.

The only one I go to now! I saw Lilly for a pedicure. She was friendly and welcoming. Helped me pick out the perfect color! I LOVE the way this salon has there polishes organized and labeled by name. Super help to find a fav. They accepted walk ins or appointments.
Santitation was excellent and pedi chairs where comfortable! Note on the door mentioned they no longer offer training.

Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. the salon was extremely clean and the staff were extremely nice. im usually very cautious of nail salons. everyone does not have the same standards of upkeep. This place was top notch and ill definitely go bk on a regular. The nail tech was handled me hands and feet so gentile i fell asleep in the chair.

I played hooky and decided that my toes needed some TLC. I went to Nails and Tan Salon in Woodbridge. Right off the bat, I knew I was going to like this. SUPER CLEAN! Very nicely light! I also noticed a shelf in the back. If you get acrylics or gels, you get your own little nail kit. HYGIENIC!
I would definitely come here again. Great place and customer service.
