Great customer service and great food! We ordered the Ruben 5 stars! Pineapple calzone 4 stars. We loved the food and the environment. We were just killing time and came upon a great little pizza place! We will be returning for the Ruben and maybe the pizza and salad buffet. This location also offers free soda to law enforcement, first responders and military! Amazing act of kindness.

Great buffet, nice staff, and you cannot beat the prices. I have only done the buffet and pizza, so I can’t comment on the other entrees, but I have had a great experience each time we’ve gone here. One of our favorites!

THEY ALWAYS MESS UP ORDERS & SKIMP ON THE MEAT! Only thing that’s good anymore is the steak & cheese! Repeat 5 times toasted or they will forget! Also remind them 20 times French fries no chips! Oh also make sure everything is right before you pay!

DISGUSTING. I ordered a tuna melt to go last night. First of all I asked for white bread and was given dark brown burnt wheat instead. Secondly I thought the cheese was actually supposed to be melted, hence the name tuna «melt». It was a room temperature mess. The tuna was so dry and had no taste. The wheat bread was dry and flaking everywhere. The French fries were burnt. I took about 2 bites and threw it away. I could have had better quality from a prince William county middle school lunch. What a waste of money.

Just ordered dinner. One was a steak and cheese and the other a meatball sub. The meatball sub had 4 meatballs on it. For an entire sub. Are you kidding me? Seriously? Not ordering from you again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We order food from here and was told it would take 40 mins to arrive. It took and hour and 15 mins. We only live 1.5 miles from the pizzeria. When they arrived they were missing my soda that I ordered. Then when I went to open our food it was ICE cold. I called the pizza place to complain and told the Manager Fadi (Sp?) I was not going to pay for this. He said then I want my food back ! I told him I want to keep the food, will throw in the microwave but do not want to pay for it and he said no. He sent his driver to get the food back. Was not willing to compromise or make up for his mistake. He was also very rude and disrespectful to me. When I told him I would be writing a bad review he said «Go ahead I do not care». DO not order from Lake Ridge Pizza ! The delivery is slow, your food will be cold when it arrives, part of the order missing and if you complain they are not willing to do anything but take your food back or redeliver food in an hour.

Not counting NY or Chicago — this is the best Pizza ever! These Unilocal reviews don’t do it justice at all!!! This pizzeria is so generous with its toppings and the cheese is so ooey gooey and PERFECT! I’ve never had anything undercooked from here and I’ve eaten here more times than I can count! Great veggie pizza, great chicken pizza, AMAZINGGGGGGG French fries! (Order the fries!!) also great soups and sandwiches! This place rocks!!! We moved to Falls Church but always ALWAYS come pick up a pizza from here when we are in Woodbridge visiting old friends. Even if we are not hungry or already ate — we still get some Pizza! This pizza is the best pizza I ever ate in Virginia. Its the real deal. Extremely similar to new York pizza. The sauce is rich and the cheese was REAL CHEESE. I wish they delivered to Dumfries. All these big business pizza chains don’t even come close to lake ridge pizza. I love it. And I highly recommend it to everyone.

I am picky with my pizza, but the pizza at lake ridge pizzeria is pretty freaking amazing! The cheese and the sauce really make a pizza for me– and they nailed it! This is one of those places that I would drive out of my way for. The people are very outgoing .and well respected and i would love to bring some more friends and recommend this pizza place to others.

First pizza was undercooked. They politely made me another pizza and asked me to just bring the first one back… no problem with that. However, the replacement pizza and actually worse than the first and I had to throw it in the oven to try and make it edible. An additional 15 minutes at 450 couldn’t even finish cooking the dough under the toppings. I can only assume they are having issues with their oven because this is not acceptable.

So just down graded my review below.
My pizza was very good. That was the pizza they didn’t have on the menu. The stuff I took off the menu weren’t so good. The wings were just okay a little too salty many places are. The bake ziti was horrible. The sauce it had, it was very dry, tssted like it had some mystery spice in it. Indian or Pakistan reminiscent.

Just called in and asked for assistance a minute ago. Still haven’t received the food, but wanted to rate based on the customer service expirence. The lady was very patient with me. I order something not even on the menu. That is up and beyond most places. That scores big points with me.
The reason I only gave them only 4 stars. I asked her what she thought of several dishes. And she hadn’t tried any of them. I personally think that you should try your food. You’re in the food industry! At least, describe me the ingredients and why I should like it. Telling me «I haven’t tried it» is honest, but that is zero effort towards customer serivice. You might as well say «sorry, this is just a place I work; it pays the bills.» That would make me laugh at least.

I have never really found a Pizza that had wowed me. This place is no different. It is good old NY stlye Pizza. My family really likes their pizza. It is a small place, not fancy, nothing stands out about the décor, it is a Pizza place. I love the customer service they always have long time waitresses. I really like the Pizza, very Cheesy, good tasting toppings. My 5 Year old really likes to go here. The waitresses always play with him. They usually have a TV on a family friendly channel. I am close to this place, so we go often. It’s small enough that I think we get recognized as regulars.

Only ate here once. That was enough. Pizza is sub par. Canned mushrooms, flavorless cheese. I could bake a better pizza in my oven at home.

Do not go here it’s horrible, the dough is raw in the center and the cheese is still white and undercooked. A good pizza should atleast have some color on the cheese no matter the crust. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Big chain pizza is better then this pizza.

I love this place!!! The food is always amazing as well as the service. The buffet isn’t all that great. It really shouldn’t be called a buffet it only has salad, soup and pizza. Wow lol. Delivery is great and the menu has so many options. I just wish their wings would already have sauce on them instead of on the side. Tossing the wings in sauce is really effortless. Other than that it’s a great place

The food is just okay, nothing spectacular & a little overpriced.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. If they screw up your order, don’t expect an apology because the manager will just yell at you and tell you that «maybe YOU messed up your order». He could have apologized. We won’t be back there EVER.

I’ve only had delivery from this place but this is pretty much the one place my girlfriend and I order from when we don’t feel like going out. The food is usually pretty good. I say usually because it can be a bit inconsistent and not everything on the menu is good, probably because its so big. So we’ve found a handful of things that we like and generally just order those and end up full and happy more often than not.

This place reminds me of every home owned pizzeria I’ve evey been to. Booths with red backs line the periphery and 3 tables are set up down the middle. It’s quaint without being trashy… they’ve also decorated for Christmas, which is a nice little touch.
I ordered the Hawaiian pizza, and it was definitely above average, but nothing spectacular. The service was very good. Alex stopped by several times to check on me.
Overall, I give this place 3 stars because it’s just simply good… nothing spectacular, but priced fairly and very tasty.
