Horrible, Horrible! Never thought I would have to say this about pizza! Late delivery to hotel just 1.5 miles away! Pizza was cold and they missed sending items! Took over an hour to get pizza!

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Pizza was undercooked. Garlic Knots were undercooked. Pizza size was extremely small and poorly sliced. Hersheys Cookie Pie was burnt on top. My nine year-​old didn’t like the pizza and he eats ANYTHING.

Ordered pizza tonight…1.5 hours later it was delivered raw. Now, Pizza Hut tell me how you manage to deliver a raw pizza? It goes on a conveyer belt and all you have to do is let it ride the belt. You have to try to be this lazy!

I’ve never had a problem when it comes to food but their customer service over the phone is crap.

Went to order pizza and they told us it would take 20 – 25 mins. We decided to wait in their sitting area. About 3 or 4 clients came to pick up their orders and 2 to order food. They also decided to wait. After 30 mins, they gave the other customers their food and ours was still not ready. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an order chicken wings (8). One of the order for the other people were 3 pizzas and a side. I can’t remember the other order. After these two left, we asked how long it would take for our order which is now 30+ mins and the cashier said they were cutting our pizza already. Another 10 mins went by and we asked again, they told us that our pizza was still in the over about to come out and that they missed our order since they say they work on orders as receipts come out. Being our receipt the first one was all the way to the top and they didn’t see it. But shouldn’t be long. 45 five mins later they gave us our simple order and asked if we wanted a soda to compensate for the inconvenience. Bad management here.

I wish this have like ½ a star or something! I ordered twice this week and both of the times the order was messed up and the manager was not even trying to fix my order, I will not order from here anymore.

I don’t live near here & glad I dont. Horrible pizza & service. Waited an hour in store after I ordered online waited about 30 mins to pick up. After I finally got pizza to friends house I found 2 hairs in pizza after I already ate 1 piece & both were so greasy after one slice I got sick. Never again

I do not live in this area, but we always use this pizza hut for my little cousins birthday. It never fails that there is something wrong with the order.
We ordered from online this time around, and there new chef just left toppings off of the total. Now I’m not one to kick someone well there new, we have all been new before.
I give them a four because they were willing to fix our pizza and let us keep the one that they already made. Since this isn’t the first time that this has happened I took off one to make this review a three.
This pizza hut needs to get their ducks in a row and stop messing with my pizza!

I live exactly 10 minutes away (driving) from this place & they charge $ 4 of delivery and I always wait at least 1 hour before my order arrives it’s always cold. terrible

This Pizza Hut is horrible! We have had multiple pizzas that have come undercooked and sometimes missing a topping and the wings are always the wrong flavor. We keep coming back to them since all the other pizza delivery restaurants in the area take so long. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight, they were delivered on time, but only 1 was correct (& a little doughy). The other was supposed to be chicken, bacon, mushroom with Parmesan Garlic sauce, instead it was a regular pepperoni and sausage. Called and it took 5 minutes to speak to the Manager who just quickly said it would be sent out. An hour later… my Husband called back to ask where it was. It did get here while he was on the phone. So 2 hours after being ordered I received my nice cold, soggy pizza. We will not be ordering from here again. Officially banned from this household.
Don’t order from here if you want your pizza fully cooked with the correct toppings– it will NOT happen!

I have to say in the age of internet reviews the people at Pizza Hut must not care about their name or taking care of the customers. This location has had terrible reviews for a long time now and there service constantly has gotten worse. 90 minutes into my order the phone was hung up on me 3 times and then had to hold another 20 minutes to get some live assistance. 2 hrs now and I still haven’t talked to the manager. The manager and staff all need to be FIRED immediately and a new manager needs to be put in place. This is a classic need of a intervention! Finally after being 2 hours I got a hold of Lashawn the the manager and she was no applogetic and told me that I paid for delivery but, it was keyed in as a pickup. So my order has been sitting under heat lamps for 2 hours and she tells me she will send it right out. Needless to say this will be the last time I order from here. Do yourself a favor and order from some other chain.

I had ordered from them before, the only issue I had then was the pizza being late. But tonight the pizza was very late, they forgot a drink we had ordered, and got one of the pizzas wrong. we called back multiple times, and they are hanging up on us. Finally they had answered, told us they were making a new pizza, and it will be delivered soon. After waiting another 40 mins, we called back, asked to speak with the manager, and found out the pizza was never put to order. They said they could do nothing about it. I contacted the company, and received 3 free pizza coupons, but will not be returning to this particular Pizza Hut.

I have to say that the delivery guys do a great job considering my apartments are impossible to get into. They always call. The pizzas are always spot on. I have nothing to complain about.

Always, always, ALWAYS late. I’ve had to wait an additional 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time every time I’ve ordered from here. The order is almost correct, but by the time we get the order it’s not fresh anymore. An extreme disappointment. Order from Dominoes instead. Ps… They are always full of excuses! Tonight the pizza was barely room temperature. I called to explain the situation and was given a $ 10 credit that expires in a month. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here ever again.

I have ordered 4 times from this location.
–On 3 out of those 4 occasions they got my order wrong.
–On 3 out of those 4 occasions it took at least 20 mins. more then what I was quoted for delivery. All 3 of those times, delivery ended up taking more then an hour.
–On 2 of the 3 times they messed up my order, they refused to correct it saying simply they would give me a credit. Like one time, they said they would give me a 50 cent credit for forgetting the marinara which is totally unacceptable. When it comes to cheesesticks, I don’t want it w/​o the marinara. I don’t want one w/​o the other. And the way that the store approached their mistake was smart alecky and rude.
IMO, you either bring me the marinara that you forgot or you refund me the cheesesticks and marinara.
–On two occasions, I couldn’t place an order by phone b/​c no one answered the phone! And I made several attempts w/​in a one hour period to no avail.
–2 of the four times that I ordered were by phone. (the other two by internet). On both times that I called in an order, they put me on hold both times and forgot about me. I had to call the store back again to place my order!

Shit service. I was told my pizzas would be ready 30 minutes before they were and they still came out terrible. One had next to no cheese on it, the other two were basically half crust and virtually no part pizza. It seems like caring about their phone calls and chatting with each other is more important than doing their jobs. Never ordering from here again.

Hmm… Where to start?
This is the most unorganized business I have ever seen! I came in on a Saturday evening to pick up my order. nothing special just a pizza & apple pie. I ordered this online almost an hour before I came to pick it up. According to the email confirmation my order should be ready by 8. I arrived around 8:25. Lol uh, it is now almost 8:45 and no order! I’m a little confused… my pizza was ready but not the dessert. How long does it take to fry it up? They have at least 7 people in the kitchen & 2 upfront… they definitely need some order. My pizza is staying lukewarm in the oven, it’ll probably be dry by the time i get home. The line to pick up/​order is getting longer & there are employees on cell phones talking in the kitchen. I mean really. Get. It. Together. This will most likely be the last time I come to this location. I should’ve went to papa johns down the street!

I used to work at Pizza Hut so I know how they’re supposed to make pizza. This place utterly sucks at being a Pizza Hut. I hate dominoes but I’d rather eat them then this place. Either order from a diff PH, or get somebody else. Ugh, this one SuCKS.

I get the pepperoni stuffed crust and hot wings. Always hot and delicious. And they don’t take that long to deliver.
