I have to say I really wasn’t impressed with Marche’s manners after I confronted him about spilled water in my basement. I found a significant wet area which trailed from outside the garage, through dry wall separating the washing machine area and garage, and traced it right by my hvac and boiler. He came back after I waited 1 hour and ran with towels. When he saw it he said it was nothing. He had also spilled cleaning solution behind my dryer and had left some on top of my dryer. I don’t know how something like that happens, but clean it up dude! If I’m making a fuss about it, it’s probably not wise to say that it’s not a big deal and that it’s going to dry up. I was primarily concerned that it seeped through card board under the paint cans, under my stairway, which if left alone can lead to MOLD! When I imagine carpet cleaning, I imagine clean carpets, NOT a mess left behind from the actual cleaner. Carpets are cleaned, but it’s not what you imagine when you walk through house. Some areas you can tell were cleaned with the markings, but other areas are questionable. He ran out of my house saying good luck and how he had other appointments.
