My A/C went out early on a Sunday morning. I called TM Street. Over the phone he asked me a few questions and was at my house in about an hour. The A/C was fixed in no time. The price was very fair and I was told some things that I could do to keep up the maintenance better. I was very pleased and would definitely call again.

This was bad from the phone call and I should of went with my gut feeling on this one. I called to set up an appointment for my friend because his dog broke off a white plastic pipe that drains the water from the ac unit. When the guy picked up the phone(which he never gave me his name), he sounded upset and like he hated his job. I told him the situation and he gave me an estimate and that they could service me on Thursday between 1 – 3. I told him I would call him back shortly once I relay this message to my friend. I called back no later than five minutes and the guy told me he would call me back in 15MINUTES. About 35MINUTES rolls by, and he finally calls me back. He asked me for the basic info of what needed to be fixed and also what was the issue again. He then asked me what time did he tell me he would come out and I proceeded to tell him 1 – 3. He said the best he could do would be 4 – 6 because he has other stops around the Triangle/Dumfries area and it would pretty much be more convenient for him to keep his stops together. I thought in my head whatever but for the price he gave me, I just let it fly. Thursday came, my friend went to work, and I sat and waited for the company to come… and waited… and waited… and waited. Finally I called him at 5:35PM. Of course he doesn’t pick up, so I left a voicemail. He calls me back around 5:46 and told me that a fuse blew out in his van so it put him behind a hour and a half!!! The first thing that came in my head was why did I not receive a phone until I had to give them a call?! I guess he knew what I was thinking because he claims that he was calling all his clients and I was next on his list! Seriously guy… Anyways, he said that he was still on his way and that I was his last stop and it shouldn’t take him that long to get to the house. By 7PM, I gave up! I called my friend at work and let him know I had to leave to go pick up my mother and I couldn’t wait any longer. I left his house around 7PM, and didn’t get a call back from the service guy until 8PM!!! By that time, i’m furious and I did not even answer the call. So long story short, these people are bad on timing and I would never call them again for another AC problem! The only good thing about this place, is that there is no service fee for them to even come out to look at the issue. That’s probably why they are so cheap so make up for the poor time management skills!
