I went into the Cricket store today to re-activate my broadband as I am now at a place that doesn’t offer regular broadband. My sales experience with the lady at the counter was fine but she forgot to give me one grand piece of advice. How to activate the damn thing. I pulled my hair out for TWOHOURS trying to figure it out before calling the hotline and having the tech guide me through it. In the future, I’d strongly suggest letting people know how to connect and not just throwing the device at them and saying it should work now.
