I love this place for all the little random house projects I’m always doing. The clerks are super friendly and some of them are even trade professionals. I walked up to the door just after they had closed desperate for a part for my project and the employee that saw me come up to the door unlocked it, welcomed me in, signed back into the register and waited until I found what I needed before finishing closing the store! Not sure what the bad reviews are about, these guys are fantastic!

It’s too bad. This place has a good selection. I want to like this place so badly so I keep going back in hopes that it’s me and not them. Customer service is lacking to horrible depending on what day and time you go in. I want to see small businesses do well. But when they can’t help customers or treat people with a good attitude then what’s the point? I might as well shop at Walmart if I want that treatment.

GW is a real old home town hardware store. There employees are friendly and knowable. The have a little bit of everything you need for your home or garden. The prices are higher than the big box store but it’s worth it.

LOVE this place. This home improvement store always has what Im looking for, & employees that help me find it quickly. Typically always cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes… and closer to my home so I can avoid the traffic and time wasted to get to the others. Like your own«Home Improvement» tv show, this hardware store is the hang out for the locals. :c) «You’re darn right more power!»
